Hope all of you had a great Holiday. I had a very busy day yesterday picking up all the slack of absences for the holiday, came home quite late, watched the episode, didn't have the stamina to write. Also confused me a bit, which all became crystal clear as I got out of bed this AM. On a side note, take my advice, if a problem doesn't make sense on the first go, sleep on it, your subconscious mind will go to work on it and tackle it for you and be ready with answers for your conscious mind👍🏼Happens every time for me, and believe me in my line of work, I deal with enigmas from the get go, some easy, some difficult, some seemingly simple and vice versa. Anyway, enough wisdom for today😃
Loved the hesitancy, Rohit walking over, trying to take her hand and stop midway, Sona takes his hand. Perfect harmony of a perfect marriage, pristinely conceptualized and effortlessly portrayed👏. Kudos again, Mr. Writer for that. Ego not a thing in a marriage or any important relationship worth saving, doesn't matter who takes the lead, the dooriyan should go👍🏼. The song was amazing. Although, my whole being was screaming at Sona, close your damn eyes and just move to the music with your beloved😲Well, drama kahaan se hoti if she closed her eyes, so I grudgingly understand
OK, now to the actual raaz. Looks like Raani may be related to Pooji's birth mother and when she came of age, she started blackmailing Rohit, YK or Nishi for money ( only this makes sense when he said he dealt with the case when he was an intern, so 22-23 yrs old ). He kept her at bay till now with whatever he did then. Now as she starts contacting him, his anger and violent outburst makes perfect sense ( kuch nahin milne wala tujhe and stay away from my family ). He seems to be in the dark with Nishi and YK's intention of bringing her in as a birth mother and with Sona leading Pooja by her hand to the very annoyance, he completely lost it with Sona. Disappointed to the core, afraid of repercussions in the family and the ensuing heart break. But seems like he found his feet again now, as he delivers that amazing toast to YK and Nishi, which is as much a reminder for himself as to Sona about one's conduct in the closest relationship such as marriage❤️🤗I can give a great big hug to the writer🤗. I love it when people give the audience's intelligence some credence and try to challenge us and stay 2 steps ahead of us. What a refreshingly wonderful story telling this is, to let our brains work, understand and to some extent learn something new👏Moving on...... again his simple advice to Sona makes sense as well- you are not responsible for each and every happenstance👍🏼Perfect, Nishi and YK are responsible for complicating this matter altogether.
I am again going to harp on his profession, he is a cardiac surgeon, he had the experience to explain away the most complicated facts to his patients in a relatively simple way to get a buy in. I am sure he will find a great, painless way of explaining his side of the story to Sona when the time comes. I know one doesn't and won't always be a great human being even if she/he is a techinically sound surgeon. But I will admit to having my own bias and blindspot here, so there you go, I trust this guy to do it very well. As to why he is hiding the story? May be his affection towards Pooji or his great love towards his mother and his concern for any of their potential humiliation if Sona or anybody finds out about the dad's kaand is making him withhold this information? Of course he knows that Sona is a very sensitive human being, but may be there is still that slight hesitancy as this secret not only involves him but he has to also think about Pooja's and his mom's emotional fraility when this comes to the fore😭This is my take on him for now.
I don't know what to say and what I feel about Nishi and YK at the moment. I see extremely devastated parents but also fiercely loyal sister and BIL ( my guess is that the creep is still the father )trying to save the day. They miscalculated their move and landed themselves in this hot water, BIG TIME. I am still cutting them some slack as of now.
I don't want to comment on disgusting creatures such as the guest who dares to badmouth their host's bahu in a party😡 nor the cheapster that Naren guy is. For all the bravado of him being there for the family, when that creep gets his mouth going, can't he for once ask the guy to shut up?😡Isko izzat deni hain😡? This guy is classy and has the gall to lecture Sona?😡Veena molly coddling such a guy has left a really bitter taste in my mouth🤢. And seems like he is fretting that he is going to lose his " creep friend" because of the incident and Veena questions Suman😡👎🏼💔Unbelievable hypocrisy of this couple is grating on my nerves. The gall of the guy to ask Rohit for an explanation of his behavior towards his creep friend😡😵🤬
Not sure what to do with Sona, the saccharine sweetness is becoming difficult for me to take.I give her all the credit for being a quintessential punching bag of sorts, that is her personality. She has the grit to keep moving one step at a time even when she is thrown into life's most trying circumstances, which I respect very much. But when she apologized to creep Naren about speaking in a certain way to the creep " friend", I lost it😡💔 Lady, get a grip on yourself. I echo Rohit's lines, not everything that happens in this universe is your fault nor your responsibility😔
