After watching BTS segments, today's episode from what I have read and the precap that I saw online, all of us fans can finally go back to enjoying the show with the same excitement as before. But I have been meaning to say a few things since the last few days. Mind you this is a long one😆
Makers have once again proved that they are here to show us a different story and not the same old run of the mill drama. Be it the realistic treatment of characters or sensible takes on otherwise OTT situations where normally serials go berserk forgetting the story and butcher the characters, they have once again proved that a high voltage drama need not always be over-dramatic.
I read a post about Sona going back to the set the next day and I must agree that it was really a beautiful thing to depict, showing that Sona is a strong, career-oriented woman who keeps her professional and personal life strictly separate.
I know the forum has been abuzz with opinions and some criticism about the progress of the story. One thing I want to say is, drama is an inevitable part of ITV soaps and it will be but the treatment is what sets each show apart. What we saw in yesterday's episode was just that. But the aftermath does not have to be what we have seen for years. And that was again proved by today's SBS/SBB segments and precap. All I want to say is please don't stereotype our show and trust the makers. We are Ronakshi and KHKT fans whom they have brought to life. We need to let the story unfold before jumping to conclusions based on BTS pics and precaps. Speculation is good but let's not lose hope in the process.
Karan and Dipika are doing an awesome job as Ronakshi and I am eager to hear Sona's side of the story. Raima was always meant to come back sooner or later. We cannot assume that she is negative or is here to break them apart. Her condition on that night is reason enough that her brain could have messed up the facts. She fell from a building and could not see beyond what was in front of her. Her POV is justified to some extent. I personally want to see how they shape Raima's character.
Finally, today in the BTS video Rohit said "Par woh meri Sona nahi hai.". I was literally swooning and I was like "Yeah kitna awesome hai yaar😳." And Sona explaining and crying like a baby at the same time was awwwwdorable❤️.
