Like hello, what kind of daknam (pet name) is maimai??? I have heard many bong pet names but this one takes the silly cake home.

I can’t take a maimai on a wheelchair seriously! If I was her personal therapist, I would be LOLing all over the place

FYI its MAMAI (MA+MA+EEE) not MAIMAI. And yes we bongs have such ridiculous pet names 🤣

Didn’t mean to offend at all..does mamaee have any meaning? Or is it just some form of Raima? Don’t get me wrong, I actually love Bong pet names, I have friends who are tumpa, babla, mishti, mithi, jhimli and tuptup. Never heard of mamaee before....it’s way too hilarious for someone who is in a very serious state,

what does it mean? i even googled to find out- but no luck

No dear i am not at all offended. I can understand this name makes me laugh also lol 🤣 But i dont think mamai has any kind of meaning its just a nick name. I dont wanna offend anybody whose name is mamai here ! 😳

I googled yesterday and found that there is nothing like mamai in bengali but 'Mamani' is a common bengali pet name which means mother like.

Great! So CVs actually did creative work to create a pet name, wish they used that time to make a better track. Mamaiiiiiii! In fact, the way the mom says it also is quite annoying. It seems like the actors who are saying it also are not sure what the name is..there is always a certain weird pause when they say it,.,.
