I wanted to make a special point about Rohit's relationship to his subordinates/employees. Be it Dr Dimpy, Tulsi or Ravi, they clearly respect him but Rohit has been real enough with them that they can tell him on his when he's acting dense. I kinda expected this point in ur analysis today🤗 completely agree on this.. These small details of Rohit's character differentiates him frm other itv characters.. I cmpltly adore his relationship w8 his colleagues nd employees.. He gives them this freedom nd comfortness to give him advice on his love life.. Not a typical khadoos boss we get in everyday life.. Nd also I hv noticed one thing frm the vry frst day after evry successful surgery he says it's a time work.. This man may behave irrational at times but this nature of his is something to b appreciated 🙌🙌🙌

So true. Usually the more successful a person is shown in ITV, the more people around him fear him. This is more true in case of typical ITV leads. At least they are setting Rohit apart in this aspect. I hope he will learn to control his irrational behaviour with time.

They have set Sona also apart from the typical way we perceive celebrities. She always tries to help her fans if she can, the way she did for that little girl Preeti and now Raima.

The only contact number which is remaining is of Shankar which I am sure he would get in few days from Ravi.. Ravi and Shankar are sure to become friends..

Had watched episode in multiple breaks..so my thoughts are all scattered .. but reading thru your post is like watching the episode all at once and in a more engrossing way . Thank you for your time and effort in putting this up

Things that stood out for me in random order :

1. Sona ka confession that she is so so affected by sippy sahab that she turns into someone else altogether , her frustration at Rohit being so obtuse and his classification of friendaips.

2. Tulsi , dimpy and Rohit convo . I really like Dr Dimpy aned the scene shows he values tusli and dumpy enough to retroapect ans think of the situations where Sona's love was glaringly obvious.

3. Rohit and pulkit convo - loved it . Pulkit is a sweetheart , he deserves all good stuff. Rohit can be a very good mentor to him in field of medicine and pulkit seems promising enough to not disappoint his mentor.

4. Rohit's message to Raima. His desperation to reach Sona once he realized his Idiocracy in the night and morning .

5. Last but not the least Ravi and Shankar combo and their headdesk moment at Rohit ke bewakoofi

1. Sonakshi clearly hasn't met Raima. She doesn't know her at all. Makes me feel excited since that means that the actual secret can be way different than whatever theory we have been able to come up with.

2. Sonakshi says she can come to meet Raima regularly. Sonakshi's character has been set up that way - she was ready to stay the whole night in hospital for Preeti, agreed to visit Sippy hospital every month without taking fees. No celebrity should have that much time, but I guess I'll go for character consistency here.

3. Sona suggests that Raima be her friend once she gets better. Sona, be mindful of what you wish for. The way Raima held Sona's hand and started bumbling, I personally would have been creeped out, if I were in Sona's position. Also, Raima mein achanak se itni strength kaise aa gayi that she held Sona's hand tightly. You could clearly see the force Sona experienced. Raima was not even able to hold a pen a minute earlier.

4. Rohit just came in to the hospital and asks where is TV star Sonakshi Rastogi. And the receptionist helps him with the location. Anybody who's Parvati's fan would want to meet her if they saw that Parvati was in the hospital. Does that mean that the receptionist is free to tell anybody and everybody about Sonakshi's location? Seemed a bit dumb to me.

5. Rohan toh tha hi, now YK's mom is also here to irritate us. She was so giving me KPK vibes since the day she entered Sippy mansion. The way she said Siyappa was so irritating. The only little difference between KPK and KHKT here is that in KPK, instead of her saying siyappa, we would have a bg voice doing that. Nika, anyone?

6. Hospitals mein bahut se confessions dekhe honge when one of the leads is severely wounded, in most cases by a gun shot. None of our leads are on death bed. So, hospital is a weird place for a confession. Rohit even wanted to go somewhere else, but Sona wouldn't listen to him. Aur Rohit toh itna desperately batana chahta hai ki he just conceded. I know all of this was mostly to bring Rohit, Sona and Raima at the same place, but I liked the effort they tried to put in to explain the setting and making it believable.

7. "Shuru kar dega apna dosti ka paath. Pata nahi aaj kaunsa adhyay sunane wala hai ye dr surgeon." Sona's frustration with Rohit is bringing out her sarcastic side.

8. Sona's celebrity status follows her everywhere. Loved Rohit's reactions here. He called her Parvati, and then looked at the number of people gathered to take a selfie with Sona. And then, had to become a photographer too. Poor Rohit, situation kuchh bhi ho, Sona aur uske fans ka photographer ban jaata h. Also, Sona's reaction when Rohit was asked to take a picture was awesome.

9. Ok, can I just say how thankful I am that Rohit didn't suddenly telepathically feel Raima's presence. KPK hota toh aisa hota, "Aaj mujhe aisa kyun lag raha h Raima, ki tum mere aas paas hi kahin ho. Main jaanta hu ki main zindagi main Sonakshi ke saath aage badhne wala hu, par aaj main tumhe apne aas paas mehsoos kar paa rha hu."

10. "Asli hospital hai, dheere baat karni hogi." Chahe situation kuchh bhi ho, Rohit directly or indirectly comments on serials ka logic.

11. I could feel the effort Raima had to use to write down whatever she was writing. They clearly tried to depict that she's using the strength of her whole body to write.

12. A blooper: When Raima picked up the pen to write, she had the oxygen pipe on. By the time she was done and hyperventilating, the pipe magically disappeared and the nurse had put on an oxygen mask. KPK style negligence.

13. Now coming to the main part of the episode, Rohit's confession. First of all, thank you makers for keeping the setting simple. There was no song in the bg to take away the focus, no flashbacks to drag the scene and most importantly, nobody's life was in danger and nobody was just about to board a plane and leave the city forever.

14. Rohit learnt his lesson and came straight to the point. He decided that he had to tell her and he finally did just that. No OTT dialogues, started by saying that he knows she loves her and that he is falling for her too.

15. Rohit brought up Raima himself and said that she is his past. I really appreciated the fact that he didn't try to underplay it, rather admitted that even though it was beautiful, it was still his past.

16. Sonakshi asked if he is sure. And he said he is 100% sure. Yes, this was so needed. Thank you makers for including this bit. Makes me hopeful that the upcoming track will be dealt with grace.

17. Rohit finally said I love you Sona. Ek baar bolke itna khush ho gaya ki baar-baar repeat kar rha hai. Even told the passing nurses that he loves Sona.

18. Now that Rohit has told Sona that he loves her, he's not going to leave her alone. That jaldi aana thing was so cute.

19. Good that Sona didn't forget about what she'd come to the hospital for. If it was KPK, she'd have left with Rohit and and forgot all about the patient she was trying to help.

20. Rohit bringing back his dialogue "Tumhari aankhein bahut khhobsurat hain. Bina kahe bahut kuchh keh jaati hain" When he'd said this the first time I was left guessing whether he was actually complimenting her or not. Now we know. They have been bringing up these scenes, like the jacket and main Raima ki friend nahi banna chahti, which is finally bringing those scenes to a conclusion. Also, these clearly depict that Rohit wasn't as clueless as we'd been led to believe. He was noticing Sona's little things all along.

21. Sonakshi is on a roll today. She'll not lose any chance to give Rohit back by her sarcasm. "Achha, toh ab vitamins ki kami nahi dikhayi deti, dawai band kar doon?"

22. They are not entertaining the idea of marriage anytime soon. Good, we'll hopefully get to see a healthy progression of their relationship.

23. Sona is worried that people will notice them together, her being a celebrity. Rohit is being Rohit, doesn't care about what others think like always. Loved the dialogue, "tum celebrity ho, aur ab meri girlfriend bhi ho." He has truly come a long way from not understanding her profession to now whole-heartedly accepting all parts of it.

24. Loved that little awkward hug-handshake-handhold thing at the end. Though they've been super comfortable with each other in the past, they're bound to feel the newness after the actual official start of their relationship.

Although it has seemed always bizarre to me that both Rohit and Sona have remembered one date so specifically, 26 September 4 saal pehle, at least they were in their complete senses when whatever it is that happened on 26th Sept, 2015 occurred. But Raima has been in a coma since that day and has just started getting functional after 4 years. Did anyone even tell her that she was in a coma for so long. Isn't she bound to feel confused, not only because of her physical state, but also because she's not able to make sense of time. (I swear I feel disoriented for at least 2 days when I take a 20 hours flight and suffer a 12 hour loss/gain in the timezone. ) Would a person in Raima's condition even remember that date and be so fixated on it to even write it down with great effort? I don't think so.

26. I am happy that Rohit made his feelings clear to Sonakshi at this point. It feels natural that Rohit would tell Sona how he feels about her as soon as he knows about it. From here, they can work on their realtionship together and make it stronger. Not every confession has to happen after 250 episodes, when the leads have already solved half of the world's problems. Now they both know about how the other feels for them, that will serve as an anchor for them when Raima comes and would leave little room for misunderstanding. At least I think this is where the makers are going with this. I have a lot of expectations from you makers, don't make me eat my words.
