I doubt aisa ho ga though but we can hope—-it doesn’t even have to be long term, like she can randomly bump into a long lost friend or someone who is extremely good looking and highly educated and even if it’s just for a day where he has to go through jealousy or insecurity that would good too. He would realize to value her.
