Divorce VS Annulment

Questions….

1) Can Anubhav annul his wedding with Akriti? I mean they basically just got married so, no need for a divorce nah ?

2) Also, would court take Akriti/Anubhav marriage legally if Anubhav doesn’t think of Akriti as his wife? I mean Anubhav outright said he only takes GG as his wife since he put sindoor on her first then does that mean the 2nd marriage will be null and void?

3) Right now Anubhav is damn right rude to his family. I don’t get it if he really wants to be there for GG and takes her as his wife then why doesn’t he come clean and say the truth to Akriti and his family? Why would this create problems for GG? If anything it would create problems for him cause he did all the dirty work.

He can annul the wedding within 3 months but divorce can't happen before 6 months of wedding according to itv logics . For annulment he needs rkc's sign which he knows she won't.

Anu and rkc wedding will be proven invalid because he was already married at that time (itv logic). Now that ronnie have pictures . If they get leaked he doesn't need any other witness to prove his wedding with Gungun valid . He have gc boys to support his story that he has gone from his baraat so he first married gg.

Anu has said this thing multiple times that he is ready to tell the truth but since gg is going through a lot he doesn't want to add up to her miseries . He know his family and rkc will go mad and will insult and blame gg . He has seen how his family being insensitive to gg's pain.

If he wanted to save himself he would have hidden the truth from everyone but he is telling truth to people who he knows won't bother Gungun like gc , yug , Ankit and dean .

Anu has done lots of mistake and he needs to be punished for that but his love for gg is visible . The person who has blindly followed his family is now questioning them , calling them on their insensitive behaviour and took a firm stand that he will do whatever he wants.

Though he should have done this before but better late than never . He really needs to Clean the mess he has created.

I mean lets see if i am walking and some Romeo comes and just throws red colors and goes on my maang,…am I technically married to him> 😉

Vs he did get married to akriti in right way….so I really dont know

I don’t think I have the right answer for you… but from what I understand…

In reality I don’t think his marriage with GG will be valid because he didn’t do any of the rituals and even when the Pandit said now you have to marry GG and complete the rituals he didn’t do it and said ‘that’s not possible because I am getting married today to someone else’. In real life and logically Akriti should be considered his wife.

In TV however, reality and logic doesn’t work. So, throwing sindoor at someone will be considered valid marriage 😂

I am also hoping someone can answer your question… I am curious to know if just by putting sindoor at someone will be considered a valid marriage.

Rkc can but she won't do that because usne asa kia to Anubhav and k family will go from her hand permanently. Instead she will play victim in front of his family so they force anu to stay with her instead of Gungun.

Ok fair enough I see your point regarding Anubhav not telling everyone who will bother GG. I mean he did say out right that GG is in his Dil and for the past few episodes we can see he cares for her but who is to say he won’t deny it tomorrow and say he did all of that out of SANKAR, zimmedari, sympathy and Inshaniyat ?

I have lost all faith in Vankar 🤦🏼‍♀️😫

It's different depending on the area of India I think. For example, in the south, sindoor really isn't all that important and most don't do phere at all. Actually, most everybody I know don't even have fire. What is important for us is what we have the muhurat for, which is when the bride and groom are separated by cloth and they have to put betel leaves that have jaggery on them onto each others heads. That has to happen at the exact muhurat and that signifies marriage and then of course we don't don a hook on the mangalsutra, in fact we don't even have one of the kind you usually see on the day of the wedding. A thread is prepared dipped in haldi and groom has to tie that around the brides neck with three knots. And that thread isn't replaced until a puja is done about 2 weeks after.

I guess just sindoor wouldn't have made it marriage but maybe the fact that pandit was also reciting the mantras in a temple? just depends on each family's specific beliefs I think.

A marriage can be annulled within 3 months if it’s not been consummated. That’s the rule here in Canada. Don’t know about India.

See people are changing in show on daily basis. So we can't be sure about anything . But as of now this is this the reason kal ko palat jae to koi kya hi bolega.
