And what's more disturbing is that K family is shown to be the exact same type of family but are still glorified as being the epitome of being sanskaari, as if even the makers are trying to reach out the message, DICTATORSHIP IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE UPLIFTMENT OF SANSKAARS.

There was once a scene in Ishk Par Zor Nahi, where the leads argue and Ishqi (the FL) says something about being an elder doesn't give them the certificate of always being right. Elders too can make mistakes, grave ones also. And that is damn applicable atm.

Exactly, making you older does not mean you deserve respect and everyone has to listen to you. Respect has to be earned and opinions and judgements can differ. This mentality being termed as sanskaar is disgusting.

I watched Saturday's episode and ngl, the last few scenes gave me goosebumps given how naturally she portrayed Gungun's feelings from being hopeful, to not being able to believe, to the shock after the news settling in.💔
