I think GC said in one episode that no one listens to him (maybe the one where GG and her dad go to the K house and see the sangeet or whatever that was). and Yug and Neeti also said that as the youngest they have no say in what's going on and can't stop it. Thats why they tried to talk to Anu instead and tried to make him stop the wedding and he didn't listen either.
Oh that Show is all about toxicity really.
On a side note why are nearly ALL ML so confused, indecisive individuals who have literally NO SPINE until it comes to the GIRL. All their rage and talks and spine only comes infront of the girl who even if she is right has to bend. Why do they not have ANY spine infront of family or friends or even outsiders for that matter.
Because, ITV😆 The girl will always suffer, always saves everyone but herself, get pushed around, and be a doormat for the ML and family. And if by some makers grace she saves herself from the family, she'll get another family and the cycle repeats. Otherwise, drama kaise hoga?🤪🐷

yeah but that kind of family atmosphere is toxic, heck its not even a family atmosphere its a dictatorship/cult.
