Another character that they have brutally ruined is Akriti. She wasn't supposed to be an out-and-out negative character but rather just a bitch ( letting us see that her circumstances made who she was ) who would make things tough for Gungun but she was supposed to be grey and never absolutely black.

Like Netra in TR gets simply intolerable at times but she is unapologetically herself. She fakes nothing with nobody, not in front of anyone- not even Shashank. She loathes Apurva and doesn't let go of a single chance to insult her and make her believe that she doesn't deserve Shashank. But all in front of everyone. She isn't into the manipulation and scheming. She doesn't sugercoat things. She doesn't pretend to be someone else in fronr of anyone. Just unapologetically herself.

todays episode was wierd./ they kind of showed he is in love with her .. in his head he seems to be married to her.. she wearing his sindoor he wearing her ring...

The pain and words he used.. like he didnt like when she said its a formality or gift.. but what i dont underdtand is how can he then stand and see her get insulted by everyone and even insult her himself.. i read somewhere akriti will slap GG.. will he again stand and watch that ! wierd guy

I saw some clips of Og akriti. I forgot her name. She was phenomenal and scary, so obsessed and psycho in that sindoor husband track. Better than even the leads!

This show is definitely going Imlie way.But the only thing is that Anubhav is worse than Aditya.😆Aditya atleast had guilt for messing up things. Yaha toh Anubhav thinks that he is the most mahaan person in the planet for saving gungun😆

I have not watched show but I think vaha first marriage was proper marriage and the FL has a rural back ground so her thought process in the direction he is her hubby is right. I watched Marathi version few years back.
but Yaha gg herself is okay getting insulted by anu. So it’s Imli and ghum ka cocktail once her father dies

I haven't really watched Khorkuto but I have definitely heard about Ananya/Tinni from Khorkuto fans and it feels like they have kept Netra same as that of Ananya like every other character.

You cannot like these two. Neither Ananya or Netra but there comes several points where you just can't help but feel bad for them and that connect comes only because they are not some sort of villains. Just the women who have lost a lot in life and who will make others lose a lot in life. It's not right. It's not fair either but even then, it is so hard not to feel bad for them at times.

You cannot like these two. I couldn't understand bengali so I can't comment on that, but she was amazing as an actor.

Here for akriti, I do not feel sympathy. She chose this herself. She suffers, I don't really care. Neither the actress gives something more to the character nor is the character nicely written.

Same goes for the leads. Used to like them before, especially GG but since they flipped their whole character in a go, it's hard to connect.

I know, right? I have said this a couple of times to my friends who were into watching KKIS that Akriti made me feel absolutely nothing in whatever scenes that I watched.

When I happened to write a short poem about whyI think, Netra is who she is, I was asked by a couple of KKIS fans to translate it to Hindi by imagining Akriti so that they could understand and in all honesty, all that I could say was - that I couldn't have written a word if I were to imagine Akriti.

One of the reasons why understanding Netra came readily to me was because I have known someone with the same bitterness and anger that Netra has toward her mother. That makes Netra a pretty realistic character to me. I am kinda hoping that by the end of the show, she will find peace with life and most importantly, herself and lead a better lite.
