Anubhav's character : Imperfections and relatability.

Hello people in Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Sey forum. Wanted to make a topic about what you all about Anubhav's character.

Till now Anubhav has been shown as a blueprint of the ideal boy that Indian parents would want as a Son in Law. But I think there are many undertones of problematic traits in him.

One major trait being judgemental towards Gungun and also being low key rude to her despite being aware of her abandonment issues. He also a sense of superiority complex about his stature as a renowned Scientist.

So true… but he also takes care of her such as feeding her soup, come to see her when sick.. he is a perfect sil as the dad knows that anu’s type is very family oriented type who will stand by his daughter in any situation

Aur if he wasn’t rude to gungun then how will arguments between them happen.. Tom and Jerry hai toh Dekhne ki majja aata hai

Yes he is a caring guy who has all the family values. His concern for Gungun after the award function on seeing Garima's breakdown was also genuine but at times after showing care and concern he does throw in lot of attitude. I hope they address the same in the show.

He is very judgemental and uptight.

Agreed and his flaws are not addressed properly but only Gungun's flaws are taken up to get improved

The previous time his BP said it.

He's very judgemental. I agree with that. In the initial episodes you could literally see the disgust in his eyes when Gungun was around him. The only time I felt he was way too rude was when he insulted her at her birthday party. But from the day he saw her crying about her mother, his attitude changed. Even when he fights with Gungun, it's mostly to tease her..I haven't watched today's episode yet, but I heard he diverted the topic about gungun's mother to not make her feel sad. So yes he is beginning to understand her

And I don't think he is proud of being a scientist or anything. He was way too humble when he received scientist of the year award.

I don't know if I will call it that. Anubhav can be judgemental, but superiority complex? Not really.

He values education, and he has worked hard to be what he is. Gungun undermining his achievements is the only time he brings up (himself) being a renowned scientist.
