Gungun vs. akruti

Gungun doesn’t want her mom to have relationship with her as she left her when gungun was young.. just came twice to meet her in all those years. When the mom called her on her b’day, this day was important for the mom as she remembered to call her. So, she does care for her. But gungun was mean to her and that was okay with all. She was crying and being rude n all fell bad for gungun.

Akriti was left by her mom too when she was young. She was always taught to hate her . So , she was rude to her today and everyone fell bad for bua and not for her . Maybe she is broken from inside as well knowing she was left as her mom loved a luxurious life more than her . Ouch. She is more mature and is able to handle herself and her emotions better than gungun. Why did no one fell bad for her???

Exactly, Akriti also must have been heart-broken after learning about her mom's truth. At such a young age this must have affected her so much that she would be thinking that I shouldn't expect and grow attached to anyone(though IDK the extent of her feelings for Anubhav). IG she has closed herself. Just what I think, I might be wrong(might be there is more to their back story).

In original version, can anyone say how is her bonding with her father and stepmother?

I guess the reason from viewers perspective is

1- Everyone know that gungun's mom left her on her own choice . She willing gone .

2- For akriti it was shown that garima left because of her husband and his sil extra marital affair . Akriti willing stayed with her dad and his sil .

From people present their

1- The way gungun reacted looks hurt and pain . She talked about what she went through like crying all alone and praying to god for her return and no one present for her school functions etc . So people were able to relate that what would they feel if something like this happened to them

2- The way akriti behaved looked more like arrogance .

Also blaming gungun for that was no where make sense to me . They all could see that garima was trying to make her understand and her actions looked geniune.

Also neeti did mention they don't know what's happening and sometimes both are not completely wrong .

Also this point will be mentioned by anu as well in upcoming episodes as per OG.

In Marathi , till now there is no bonding of her with father and stepmother . Also I don't think she is her step mother because she is bhabhi of her father and I guess she doesn't know that her father was having EMA that's why her mom left .

Honestly speaking, I can't pinpoint much till Gungun's mother enters the story showcases her perspective as to the actual reason. It could be choice or it could be something else, of which the writers are cognizant of.

Also, Akriti definitely has arrogance even if she's brainwashed in childhood or whatever. She chose to stay with her father, okay fine. It seems like contact was very much on external surface or so limited. But, she did show arrogance in more passive manner towards Anubhav to as getting his POV and later pondering and agreeing over it. The dialogue delivery was absurd and discombobulated, like that's her family matter so regarding should Anu's advice to the extreme (even though, it was for her benefit, yes) was just like she relies on what others perceive of her.

I hope they rope someone nice for gungun's mother role . In Marathi version the role doesn't seem to connect neither positive nor negative .

The two cases are very different.

In Gungun’s case her mother left willingly. She abandoned Gungun and gungun’s father, to never look back. Gun gun felt alone, unwanted and neglected. She was in pain and needed her mother only for her mother to never come.

And when, after so many years she was able to accept that her mother doesn’t want to be a pet of her life. Her mother starts calling as if suddenly remembering she had a daughter. Gunguns anger stems from pain and the feeling of betrayal which in my eyes is justified.

On the other hand, Akriti’s mother always wanted to take Akriti away with her, but Akriti willingly chose to stay with her father and her mother had to relent to her wishes.

Yes Akriti may not know the reason of the separation and maybe she was provoked to hate her mother but Akritis mother always wanted to be a part of her life. It was Akriti who shut those doors and it was her that willingly broke ties. She doesn’t get to you yell at her mom, for her decisions. Hence no sympathy or justification for her actions.
