I'm liking Gungun's family for some reason, especially the father. He acknowledges that he's had his flaw of not nurturing a parental relationship with Gungun. He's open to Gungun choosing her own partner but one should also have the basic sensibility to maintain the responsibility of it.
Gungun has abandonment issues hence projects her fears into boyfriends, disdain for visiting Indian weddings, curiosity over Khushi and Ankit's matter, though she still bonds with her Bua and father primarily. At first, some might term as a spoilt-brat but the Gungun will ultimately mellow down for a change.
On the other hand, Anubhav knows how to live in a joint family and prioritizes this and family values a lot. No wonder why he turned down a job offer from the US though he tried to disguise over the fact that "his country requires PhDs too." But, I do see that this is also a flaw as sometimes self-prioritization is not always a bad action, just depends on the intent and experience/nature of the situation.
The execution of the show still requires somewhat of an improvement, FL playing Gungun still overacts at times while ML is okay but can do better, but let's see what the next couple of episodes have in store.
