Yug-Kaali are seated and Yug is scared of the thunder and Kaali asks him about it. She's worried and asks whether his family knows. He tells her that PeshiMaa knows and will give some excuse to Dadi. Kaali is worried.
He asks her if she knows some way to end hunger and she says she does. Yug taunts and asks if he should hunt to which she says what he'll do about the thunder. He says he'll manage and she asks what about the lions. He says he isn't scared so she teases him by shouting mouse and he jumps back in horror.
She laughs and he chases her and pins her to the wall. They get awkward and she tells him to put a wet cloth on his stomach to end hunger. He's confused and asks if it works. She says yes, she has done that a lot but then stops midway. Yug understands and tells her he and PeshiMaa is with her and she's no longer alone.
They play a game in which Yug asks her if she's ever fallen in love. Kaali is in tears and says yes, she's in love with her ramji.
The ceiling falls off and Yug-Kaali are surprised.
Its morning and Kaali had slept off on Yug's shoulders. He's about to touch her but she wakes up.
He sees the ring and is shocked. He questions her as to why she didn't tell that she's his Sita. He says he had lost hope and asks her to tell its true as he has waited ages for her. He tells her that its been so many years but why does she still have the ring. He asks her why she hid it from her He holds her from the shoulder and tells her that he cant bear it anymore
He tells her he's breaking and she tells him she cant see him broken. He tells her that if she cant see him like this, then tell him the truth. The truth between us.
She has tears and tells him that the truth will be bitter for the society. He tells her that it will be right for them to which Kaali tells him that some decisions are out of their reach and they have no control over it. Yug's frustrated and asks her why did she hide it from him. Kaali tells him that don't ask questions that are more hurtful to which he asks whether they should compromise in this situation.
She says that she was her friend when they were children and are still friends. Yug asks her If this was the case, why didn't she tell him before.
He asks her to answer as everything depends on this question and she tells him that nothing would've changed. He says okay, if this what u want to do, then bear this and I'll bear it too. He says he's taking his ring back to which Kaali pleads not to take it as she's developed a relationship with this ring as it has helped her in the most difficult situations.
Yug is adamant and says not everything will go her way and they are just friends so his ring being too close to her heart is too personal. He walks away. Kaali is dumbfounded.
