I think in the precap Aditya saw Rahul talking to his bhabhi and he also heard Rahul call her bhabhi

Namrata's aunt , I am sure will have a back story as well. Maybe connected to the new entry . The way the Takur looked at her, I thought she had done something, probably fallen in love with someone he didn't approve of. Maybe that is why she has not married till now.
