Well as 4 me i will miss Surveen the most nowdays she was my fave actoeress.......i will miss the rest 2 but mostly her aka kaajjal. 😛 ..hope 2 her in a new show!
dev and kaajjal for me certainly...
I have seen APu a lot before...and always liked him since Pardes days...though he has suffered on both counts poor roles and not so good heroines....
and i feel this is the first time he has a co-star...which matches...him in everyway - looks,height, personality and their unbelievable..awesome chemistry which is why Kaajjal rocks...otherwise the story is conventional averge family girl meets rich brash boy...how her love transforms him...and how he transforms her....and the usual twists which they proclamin is unique we see on dozens of shows....Kaajjal wouldnt have lasted 6 months without this chemistry....
i will always be a APu fan for he comes across a rare actor with qualities such as sincerity, total immersion into his role, he has put his heart and soul in each and every shot....and immense maturity which i find is lacking in many actors.... dignity...besides being extremely talented.....which he is ...leagues ahead of his contempories.....I find him extremely dignified even when these ghastly rumoours of his affair with Surveen were floating around he just ignored them as if they were mosquitoes....
not just looks are important for theere are better looking actors around...but none stand as tall as APu...for he has special qualities...and am sure the bhootnis will happily fill u in the gaps as to why else he is such a fav...
as for surveen...she comes across as being refreshingly beautiful......professional, has grown a lot as an actress in kaajjal...i was watching her ole epis...and thought gosh she looks so different so serene now....more beautiful...especially her eyes....
so she has odes of talent as we have seen her dance, emote, so beautifully matching an actor of Aps calibre is no mean task....and she has the looks...that rock...but i feel it is class...and thats the same i would say for APu class....and thats been the highlight of this show aprt from their chemistry.....even on tues sad spi..where dev has to leave his bride behind...Sur..was excellent....restrained....her eyes...speaking volumes of the pain...Dev.ss..trembling lips trying hard not to cry...for he wanted to be strong for her...and then the impulsive hug....his restrained one...as if he is afraid if he hugged her...tight he might not want to leave...i hope we have more of these scenes....
the whole of this marriage week, and the suhaag raat belonged to these 2 wonderful actors - they displayed class, restraint, emoted throught with their eyes, exhibitted the most beautiful chemistry without excessive touching, or sounds....danced like a dream....and looked like a dream....the marriage looked so real..with Kaajjals cryin..not overboard..yet heart wrenching...Devs...restraint and smiles....showing....how much he loved her...without being....over the roof....
i can go on and on....but yes i would definitely like to see them both come together in a better managed show, better script which gives a senior actor like Apu a lot of creeative satisfaction...more...romance between the characters,,,rather than trying to seperate them....
i am sure if yash chopra or aditya chopra was to direct them...APu/Sur would replace...the top jodis in bollywood in no time....
I wish thme all the best...it is sad that this lovely show might be ending soon...i hope not....though if it is ending why introduce new characters makes no sense....i hope APu returns refreshed, happier...and looking forward to romance his on reel wife...after having spent quality time with real wife...and i hope in real life he bceomes a papa soon....
