Oh Bliss! This is too good, too very good! Anyway hope these scriptwriters are taking notes from all that you have so beautifully written so that we have al this plus more by Valentine's Day at least!

Part - 2

First of all friends thank you for all your encouraging comments. I am travelling to India so here is a short continuation. I don't know if i can access a PC from there, but I shall try. Hope you enjoy this too.

D: Well how is my choice of food. I know that you like spicy.

K: I know that you don't like spice, but how are you eating this spicy stuff? Please, I love you the way you are. The arrogant but soft-hearted person I first met at Mussourie. Be yourself.

D: Where do you wish to get married? Bombay or Mussourie?

K: Wherever you wish. But for our honeymoon let us go to a sea-shore.(And she shyly bows her head for being so outrightly bold)

D: (Again smiles and holds her hand and says)This is what I like about you. You are so pure at heart and mind. You don't hide anything. No evil. You speak your mind. Please remain like this forever.

And they both again go into their stance and are lost to the world. But again there is an interuption. This time a phone on Dev's cell-phone. It's Dhruv. Dev winks at Kaajal and says,

D: Now listen to this. Dhruv is my best friend and see how I shock him. (Receiveing the phone) Yes, Dhruv. How are you? Always ringing at the wrong time.

Dhruv: What, don't tell me I interupted something sizzling. As you are not capable of anything that kind. Hospitalwali is sure unlucky to have a cowardly lover like you. You have still not told me her name. And you still have not told her that you love her.

Dev: Na na na na, this time I have won. I shall tell you that your Bhabhi to be is right in front of me. Here speak to her. She will tell you her name.

He gives the phone to Kaajal and she speaks to Dhruv...

K: Hello, Dhruvji, this is Kaajal.

Dhruv is shocked. He is stunned to a silence. There is a noise in his head which is deafening. He can hardly hear what Kaajal is speaking. Then he suddenly manages to say okay. He does not even know what Kaajal has asked him. Kaajal hands the phone back to Dev. And Dev asks him

D: So shocked you didn't I? So now tell me when shall we throw the party? I am taking Kaajal home to mom and I want you to be there. Understood bacchu. And I want your beauty to be there too. Got it?

Dhruv: (Trying desparately to think of something reasonable as an excuse). Arre but listen to me. I can't come. I have a few meetings lined up. ( He suddenly thinks up a brilliant idea) Actually I wanted to tell you that I might have to go back to the States. Something urgent has cropped up. But you go ahead and finish with all the Rasams. You know I shall be with you always.

D: What utter rubbish. I am not going on with any rasam without you. So you are going to be there ( and Dev disconnects the phone)

Here they show Dhruv hanging on to the cell as if it were his dear life. And bursts into tears. I lost again.

Kaajal is all the time smiling and listening to Dev with utmost concentration. Dev looks up saying

D: Paagal. You see this friend of mine is mad but the best friend I could ever have. (Then he sees Kaajal smiling and asks) Why are you smiling?

K: I have never seen you so happy. And never being so boyish and naughty. You are a completely different person.

D: Oh, you will know soon. (And winks at her. That makes Kaajal blush and become pink all over) Dhruv has a little effect on me but I am a totally new person because of you.(He holds her hand again and asks her) Promise me you will never leave my "saath" Hamesha mere saaye ki tarah saath chalne ka vaada karo aaj"

K: I shall be with you always. What happened?

This Kaajal asks as he suddenly sees a sad light in Dev's eyes. He says

D: I have to tell you something very important. It is related to my past and is very important for me that you should know about it.

K: (Again she raises her hand to cover his lips) No not now. Whatever it is, it is gone. Its the past and past is best forgotten. Never bring up the past. And lastly I trust you. whatever it is it should not be more important than you being happy. That's the way I like you to be.

Dev looks lovingly at her. He thinks that he surely must have done some good deed in his past to get Kaajal.
