Dhruv is dumber.While kaajjal is dancing with him(supposedly it was more like she was dancing with a excited statue) she actaually turns at a 90 degree angle just to keep looking at dev and Dhruv is oblivious to everything...

I was thinking the same! She was obviously doing everything she could to keep her eyes locked w/ her Dev Sir's and stupid Dhruv dekh nahin paata! I'm losing patience!!!
