~*Part 40*~
-Dadi is standing there shocked and asks why and what Dhruv lacks. Bua says no, your misunderstanding us. We consider Hottie to be our daughter but she really isn't. Were going to have to talk to her parents. Dadi is relieved and says ok good. You scared me there for a second. Dhruv sits next to Hottie with tears in his eyes and says Im so sorry. You loved me all along and I never realized it. You evn tried changing yourself for me. You were the perfect one but I never recognized you. Kaajjal goes to Dhruv and hands him a ring. Dhruv says whats this? Kaajjal tells him to propose to Hottie as soon as she gets well.
-Dhruv says I dont understand, whats the rush? Kaajjal tells him that without Hottie your incomplete and with her in your life she will complete you. So the sooner the better. The doctor comes in saying he needs to do some tests on Hottie so everyones gonna have to leave the room. Bua tells Kaajjal and Dev to go home and take rest as they look tired. Kaajjal refuses but Bua insists and tells her shell call them when Hottie gets better. Dadi tells Dhruv to go home but Dhruv refuses and says Im going to stay here till she gets well. Dadi is happy to see him deeply in love with her and tells him to call her when she gets up.
-Everyone leaves leaving Dhruv alone standing next to the window in tears. He remembers the moments with Hottie and Ab mujhe raath din by Sonu Nigam plays. The doctor comes out and Dhruv asks how Hottie is feeling. The doctor says shes fine and shell wake up in the morning. Dhruv is happy and thanks the doctor. The doctor tells him he wont be able to go inside and Dhruv is sad but thanks the doctor and goes home.
-Dhruv goes home and goes straight to his room. He looks at the ring Kaajjal gives him and says no, this is from Kaajjals heart, this is Kaajjals ing. I want to give Hottie a ring from my heart, and from me. Dhruv leaves the house and goes to the jewelery store. They are closing up but he stops them and pleads to go inside. They finally say yes and Dhruv looks around for a ring and stops a beautiful ring and buys it. He goes home and says loving Kaajjal was a mistake, I love Hottie, and only her. Dhruv goes to sleep and closes his eyes and can only see Hotties face. He looks at the time and says I wish it would already turn into morning.
-Its morning and Dhruv gets a call form Dev saying Hottie is fine and everyones going to the hospital to see her. Dhrv is happy and says thanks yaar! Ill be right there! Dhruv gets ready and takes the ring eith him and leaves. He runs to Hotties room and sees Hotties eyes open. He opens the door and Hottie smiles seeing him. He bends down and apologizes for all the pain hes given her. Hottie gets tears in her eyes and Dhruv says I love you Hottie! Hottie is speechless and as Kaajjal and Dev open the door Dhruv says Will you marry me? and takes out the ring. Kaajjal is stunned seeing a different ring and Dev smiles. Hottie is crying and nods her head saying yes. Dhruv smiles and puts the ring in her finger.
-Dev and Kaajjal go out and Dev pulls her to him and Kaajjal says what are you doing? What if someone sees you? Dev says Im just finishing what I couldnt do that night when Dhruv called. Kaajjal smiles looking the other way and sees footsteps coming from the Hospital door and is shocked. She says aap?
