Set in the picturesque town of Mussourie, the simple fairytale love story is about kaajjal, a radio jockey, who lives with her doting father and caring aunt.
Like the proverbial rooster, she wakes the township with her popular morning radio show. Everybody in this scenic township simply loves this spirited, endearing young girl. Kajjal dreams about her knight in shinning amour... and she finds love…but in the most unforeseen form.
The serial starts with kajjal talking to her gannu bhaiya.She thanks him for everything she has been blessed with. Her father, her bua and her interesting job. While talking she gets ready with her bangles and jhumkas and earrings. Lastly she pulls her gannu bhaiya's cheeks and cycles to the radio station. On the way she plays with her dupatta, enjoys the loely weather of Mussourie. She runs around the bushes and sings to her self.
On the other hand her boss at the radio station is keyed up that he would defeat kajjal and eat the munch chocolate as she will be late. He keeps on staring at the clock and prays that kajjal comes late. A little boy comes with tea and warns the boss that his kaajjal did would come before 8am and she will win the chocolate as well. But he disagrees. The clock hand moves and kajjal hurries but on the way her cycle is punctured. Her boss is excited and can't wait to have the munch chocolate. Kajjal leaves the cycle and runs towards her office. The boss starts to count five four three two and when he is about to say one kajjal welcomes the entire Mussourie with her beautiful voice and plays a song while the people of mussourie sways with kajjal. Kajjal calls her boss MT, she rushes to him and snatches the chocolate. She is happy and contended as she won the bet again. Mt is extremely annoyed and he says that one day she will loose the bet. Kajjal says that she is always on time and suddenly she remembers that she had to meet her Bua.
Kajjal bua is a very colorful person; she wears colorful salwars and makeup with a chamkila sunglass. She steps down from a horse cart and bangs with a man. The man offers apology but poor man addresses her as ma ji. Bua slams at the man warning him that she is still young and pretty therefore he shouldn't call her mother. Kajjal runs towards them and stops her bua from arguing further. She asks bua to be polite as people would think negative about her but bua says that she has to look for a perfect prince for kaajjal so she brought her to Sidh baba. Kajjal says that she will wait for her knight in shining armor; she will fall in love and then get married. They both head towards Sidh baba. As they were about to take their seat the baba notices them and stares at kajjal for a long time. He calls kajjal to him and says that he could see her future clearly and that she would get her prince charming for sure. Kajjal is extermely thrilled so is her bua. After the leave the baba says in his head that the girl has to face many troubles as God has chosen a lot of hardships for the young girl. He prays that she succeeds in those. Bua notices that she brought someone else's slippers and she rushes to get her one. Kajjal meets her friends' hotty and shorty who teases about her "sapnoka rajkumar".
Kajjal gets angry and tells them that they were getting late for the film. After the film ends the weather gets terrible. kajjal's house was through a jungle and it was too late already. She heard strange noises but somehow she gathered courage to walk through. Her dupatta gets stuck somewhere and she gets panic stricken and runs leaving it behind. She runs and runs. Omg omg now comes the hero. A man grips her waist and pulls her back, kajjal grabs his shoulders and finally their eyes meet. A lovely tune is played in the background. Kajjal realizes that if the man didn't save her she would have fallen down. As soon as she turns she finds no one, he drives off.
Kajjal and her dad sit together and stare at the stars. Her father explains her about fate and kajjal says that she had full believed that she would get her prince. She goes to sleep and dreams about the man whom she met in the full moon night.
Next morning is the 50th anniversary of the school where her father is the Principle. The students stand in rows and sings national anthem but to her surprise she doesn't find her father. Her father Satya Prakash is upset as they couldn't return the loans to the bank so the land on which the school was no more their property and that someone brought it. Satya Prakash is really sadden and decides to beg in front of the person for some more time so that they can arrange the money. Just then Dev enters with the bank people. Satya Prakash begs to him but he insults him saying that he takes bribes and it was just an excuse to get some more money. kaajjal over hears this and pulls Dev's jacket and she finds the same man who saved him. She is speechless and her father apologizes on his daughters behavior. Dev says that if they don't sign the papers and leave the land then he would call his lawyer and take the case to the court. Then walks out of the room, but stops in front of kajjal.

Today's episode begins with showing the beautiful mussorie and then they show a house in which kajjal was introduced she just gets up and goes to her ganu bhaiya and says that she has to move. she comes moving by cycle(remember as kripa in kyph) she will be going somewhere.
here in the scene they show a person who will be sitting with a choclate and he will be saying that today chocolate is mine and i will win it today as kajjal will be late today. so suddenly a boy gives him a tea and says taht today iam daily listening to this only but u will not win as kajjal didi will come by 8 so he says that today i will definetely win it. so here kajjal will be coming by cycle very fastly. that person will be saying the countdown but here kajjal cycle gets a puncture so she runs and that guy says 10 9 8 7... as he was saying suddenly 1 kajjal comes to the office and says good morning mussorie so by this it says taht she is a RJ in the radio mussorie. so she justs gives a song from kal ho na ho and she comes to the person and calls him MT and says that she can't lose the bet as all the ppl in mussorie will be waiting for her voice and she says that do u know about Radio City that is the best radia station which is coming to mussorie so i will apply for that and i will be the RJ there so MT says that okay go so kajjal says that i know that u can't stay without me as this radio works b'coz of my voice only. so she suddenly remembers that buaji is waiting for her and she says that her remaining will be seen by her frd and she runs.
here the buaji entry comes as she was wearing a pink suit and pink glasses suddenly she got a hurt to a guy so he says 'dekaye maji' so she says who is looking u like maji and suddenly kajjal stops her says her to leave him. buaji says that we should go to babaji so he will see u r kundali and we can a nice guy for u so kajjal says that let us find her sapno ka rajkumar then love and then marriage so buaji says that u see all the sapne after u r marriage.
so here a babaji was giving a lecture to the ppl so suddenly buaji and kajjal comes to them and like his face changes to a expression which afraids kajjal and buaji so that babaji says her to come to him and like kajjal feels relieved so buaji gives him the kundali so he says that he can read it on kajjal's face only that she will meet her rajkumar and she may meet him today only. so kajjal feels happy and moves so the babaji says that oh she will have so much difficulties please god give her the power that she can fight to the problems
so she says to buaji that she will meet her later so suddenly she moves so someone closes her eyes here comes her frd it is none other than pri from remix and kajjal identifies her and so she asks how does she identifies her so suddenly other gurl comes and says that today u r going to meet u r rajkumar na kajjal and they start teasing her and kajjal runs behind them to beat.
Here they come out laughing talking about the movie suddenly pri(sorry i don't remember her name in this episode so iam using her name as pri only) calls kajjal shows the full moon saying her that it is her rajkumar so kajjal shouts on them to stop teasing her so pri says that today is a full moon day and the person with whom u will meet u he will be with u lifetime so the other frd says to kajjal that bhoot will the life partner for kajjal b'coz as she has to go to her home through the forest only and in forest there will be bhoot so she gets worried and like she says nothing will be like that
kajjal starts going to her home from the forest and few sounds will be hearing so she says that she doesn't frighten and like she starts moving and suddenly her dupatta gets struck to the tree and she starts shouting so she sees it and starts removing it but she hears some wild animals sounds and she starts running and suddenly a guy catches her and she holds him tightly(HERE COMES OUR DASHING AND HOTTTTTTTTT APURVA) and they share a eye contact and she sees down it was a deep valley so she says that u have saved my life but suddenly that guy moves of in the jeep.
so kajjal comes to home and her father will be sitting and she asks him whether how will some one knows that they have fallen in love so he says that it will be known but it happens and then he says that it is so late night and she has to go to sleep as tomorrow is the anniversary function of the school so she says that how can she forget as she has fight with MT for the leave. so kajjal goes to her bed and starts thinking the babaji words that she may meet her rajkumar today and she thinks about the guy she met and she falls to sleep.
next morning the function starts in the school all will be singing the song and kajjal will be thinking that where is her father so here in the office room kajjal's father will be speaking to the person(it is played by raju kher) he says that u can't remove this school from here so the person says that he can't do anything the loan we got from the bank is saying to fulfil it or they will sell it but the date has crossed so we can't do anything and he says that he will try to ask but the bank got a new deal also so suddenly a person comes down from his jeep so the owner will be saying that the person will be coming with the bank officials so suddenly a person comes inside it is none other than apurva and kajjal's father says he wants to get a time as this is a school and if it is removed mussorie will loose so much so the guy says that how can u say this u r only prinipal and ya i got it like i know that u r salary is not enough u have to get some extra income and okay how much u say me and he throws the check on the kajjal's father face😡 so kajjal comes and turns the guy and it is none other than the person who saved her yesterday night and kajjal's father comes and introduces him to her as DEV PRATAP SINGH and says him that she is his daughter and he comes to the owner and says that everything has finished just they need to sign and he says to the bank official that he will meet tomorrow or else he has to talk to his lawyer and go this matter to the court and he turns and was leaving suddenly he sees kajjal with a angry looks and kajjal was having tears in her eyes and he leaves.
