This gives Kabir an opening to discuss w/ her her relationship w/ Pankaj, her divorce and everything that happened in her marriage. In the process, hopefully, he gets to know about Sushma & Brij.

One question - they seem to have imported customs from Maharashtra here - using the father's/hubby's first name as the daughter's/wife's middle name. Is this actually done in Rajasthan, the way it is in Maharashtra & Gujarat?

I also hope Jyoti discusses w/ him how panicky her folks would be @ her being out all night, and the sort of thoughts that'd go thru their mind, so that Kabir is prepared for the hazing that'd happen when he gets back.
