What happened to the promo??

Whatever happened to the promo where Uday-Sudha are getting married in a temple and he calls Jyoti and tells her?? I was waiting for that scene today, and now since Uday's given in to CM's stubborness I dont see much scope for Sudhay's relationship.

No, I think there will be more twists before it comes to that point. Also remember that past promos were nothing like what actually happened. Like for instance, the promo of Sudha's hypnotherapy had her own family all there - KK, Dadi, Padma, Deepu & Jyoti, whereas the actual hypnotherapy had Uday, Jyoti, Pankaj & Deepu. Therefore what I think may happen is that after Tuesday's episode, cm will recognize that Uday is doing whatever he's doing for Sudha, and she'll relent and accept her, since she knows that Uday will unhappily accept any decision she makes, but never be happy again otherwise. I think the thing will drag on w/ resistance from KK & Padma, who will be unwilling to leave Sudha in the same environment as Jyoti, where they now know that she's not being well treated by cm, and in this case, cm would be Sudha's own MIL, as opposed to Jyoti's aunt-in-law, who still makes Jyoti's life miserable.

I think this promo call might be made by Uday when he decamps w/ Sudha, just before the Sharmas are about to leave for Ajmer, so that that aborts that trip. I don't think they'd actually elope - both of them would want the same sort of family wedding that Pankaj & Jyoti had.

yep, theres still more drama to unfold before tht temple scene wth sudha and uday takes place, its a build up to that promo i guess

I think it's getting there. Today's confrontation b/w Uday & Jyoti showed him unkempt & unshaven, just like he is in the promo.

The precap also showed Bhairavi & Minal @ the Sharma's place. Couldn't tell whether they were there to ask for Sudha, or invite them all to Uday's wedding. Regardless, since Sushma opened the door, that means a new can of worms.

It would. Tomorrow, er today, Bhairavi would break the news of Uday's engagement to Sudha, leaving her shattered, and Uday would for some reason find out and go to console her, and seeing her, decide to reverse himself and make cm's deed backfire on her. What remains to be seen is whether Sudha accepts - she might want to get back @ cm for insulting Sushma, or she might decline Uday b'cos she doesn't want cm as an MIL anymore. Ultimately, Uday might ask her whether she hates cm more than she loves him, and that might tilt it.

Just looking at it from cm's pov, she overplayed her hand. Had she resisted the temptation of insulting the Sharmas & rubbing it in for Sudha, she might have got her way w/ Uday.

P.S. The caption on Jyoti below the other shows asks, "Will Jyoti have to face the consequences of Uday & Sudha's decision to marry", and puts that date as Nov 18. So one can assume that these 2 lovebirds would be married by then, or why would Jyoti have to face any consequences?

in today's episode there was a little clip where jyoti is looking at uday and sudha(with garlands and all) and she looks horrified and says "yeh tum dono ne kya kar diya?"
