One thing that has been on my mind is why did Meera accept the decision to marry Prithvi. Why did she choose her Dad and not her mother's decision?
Sudha didn't want her daughter to be forced into a child marriage and she escaped the village with her little girl - even sacrificing her marriage on the way.
Her father however have always chosen the Village over his family in the past and he even married someone else after Sudha left him. Up until now he has never told his second family about his first family. In fact he didn't even acknowledge Meera as his daughter until the video that was shown - until he was forced to accept.
Meera the girl who loves her mother the most in the world and will do anything for her - sees her father in this stage and married Prithvi to save her father's life. Why didn't she think about the sacrifice her mother before marrying? Why didn't she think about what her mother would feel and say about this?
So my question is would any of you have done what Meera did? Would you have accepted to marry the man you hated the most just to save your father's life?
I can honestly say that I would have done exactly the same thing because a man's life was at stake and I will never be able to live with the guilt if someone died and I could have done something to save it.
Another thing I have been thinking about is that I think there is more to this marriage between Meera and Prithvi we havent been told yet. I think there must be a reason for Sudha to have escaped the village instead of refusing the marriage since it is illegal. There surely is something like in Prithvi's horoscope it says that he is destined for 2 wifes etc and Sudha got scared over this fact and ran away with Meera.
This horoscope thing can also come true with Meera and Prithvi have fully and completely accepted one another and Prithvi will tie the Mangalsutra on Meera again - this time with love. By tying the Mangalsutra the second time the prophecy about Prithvi's 2 marriages will come true but in a unique way - it will be Meera both times.
