That's exactly what I have been trying to say as well Sneha, that there is definitely something bigger than a child engagement for the whole village to despise her so much and it definitely has to do with bhabi and Ramdhari's older brother which could be another reason why we have not seen it yet as the story still has to unfold. Why else would Sudha still seem to love and respect her hubby so much. Keeping vruth for him each year, calling on kc each year to hear his voice and break his fast. Also same for Ramdhari's side, I'm sure he knows it Sudha calling and when Lakhan said who is that calls each year, we should make a complaint, Ramdhari says to him don't worry about it. No one is getting harmed.

Either way I still say Ramdhari sent them away for their own good and faked their death on purpose to save them...

Yes, definitely something is up with Prithvi's birth parents as well as why would Ramdhari engage them if he was just an orphan? It's not as if he would know what type of person Prithvi was going to grow up and be as he would have been very young as well.

Also just wanted to add as a side note that Prithvi would have been brought into the haveli as a baby so would have been there well before Meera's birth as I can only assume he is older than her. So much mystery left...

well here someone commented that the engagement of mithvi might be reason sudha left coz she considered prithvi to be an illegitimate child. well if that is the case i really didnt expect that from sudha to have such backward thinking.

villagers are not going to despise someone so much just coz of an engagement and that too between kids. moreover, that feeling of hatred is still so strong amg the villagers that just proves it that something terrible happened. so far prithvi is concerned, nobody actually knew who he was when he was just a baby so i dont think they are going to despise their own thakurain just coz of some unknown child. prithvi is def frm a khandani family. his utmost respect for datta thakur, his loyalty for good villagers shows that he is from a good family.

i think Ramdhari knows atleast most part of the truth😉 rest of it must be created stories by Bhabi and her followers...😆

well today i am very happy coz finally i get to see some sort of reaction from ramdhari when it comes to prithvi's self respect. he slapped lakhan, but i wished he slapped meera. i hope he takes strict actions against meera for this.

Hey Sneha,

I agree to some of that.
I still think (or maybe hope is a better word😆) that Ramdhari believes that Sudha is not responsible for whatever it is that everyone thinks she did for which she had to run away, but I do believe that bhabi definitely had a hand, if not is solely responsible for why everyone (villagers) included seem to despise Sudha so much and don't even want to acknowledge the possiblity that both could still be alive nor want to talk about what happened 20 years ago.

I have not had a chance to watch today's epi so perhaps some of my stance will change but as of yesterday's epi that is what I think.
