I loved it when Emmanuel won becuse tis task was for a team work and he wotrke really good with his team. He didn;t even said he will do every thing instead he distributed teh work among everyone equally and worked with good straategy from the begining. When the judges poited out about mistake done by harshika in briefing her team about the number of people for whom they are cooking, they said 4 - 8 where as they were to cook for 500 atlest. Their filling was not to teh required qty.
At the same time, even Emmanuel had not briefed them abou the numbers but atleast his calculations were to the point. Instead of commanding, he was distributing work where as Harshika was commading, you do this you do that (guys she need to respect elders) though they are cheffs, for that moment they were just helping them and will not use the culinery skills.
When judges poited out the problems in Harshika's recipe, she was aghast and clueless and Kunal has to brief her how he can make use of the same stuff (ingreadiants) to prepare something else. Where as when they poited out that Emmanuels dish was tasting //smellu=ing raw eggand advised him to eliminate that taste instead of blanking out, he asked his fellow cheffs how to overcome that issue, That is where the team work acts.
also he was clever enough to prepare both veg & non-veg dishes to cater all the categary of people
