When we discussed about what Khan Sahib would do after returning to Parnagarh we thought of business and management. I did wonder if his soldier spirit would remain content. Having been through the nadir of his life he would have been content to live and with his love acquitted of all charges. But he would always miss something. Like a dedicated dancer to whom nothing could give more joy than her art, not even an otherwise prosperous and happy life. And the Ustaad had perfected his spy-giri to an art.

He became a Sherlock Holmes... I envision that through a word of mouth recommendation, many-a-distressed man would start coming, knocking at his doorstep, to have unsolved crimes solved... I suspect he shall take up those cases that he knows deserve to be taken up... some of them quite thrilling too...and while chasing up on clues, plenty of his skill shall come in handy... and then, I envision the couple sitting in front of crackling fires discussing the cases over games of Chaupar...

Of course, instead of a pipe, he shall have a glass of Sherbet!😎

And ofcourse the pregnancy was sone pe suhaga.😳

Gosh, it feels like May 3rd 2016 was only yesterday, when I started the first thread on this Novel, posting my new book cover, all excited about a fresh idea of a Historical Romance set in the 17th century.

Well, how quickly has 2019 rolled in!

This place has been my second home for the past three years now and I must admit that I shall miss everyone here terribly! 🤗 But all good things must come to an end, to give way to other good things to start, of course!

This story has given me unforgettable memories and friends that shall stay with me forever. Thank you all for being with me, for seeing me through this saga, for supporting/encouraging me in whichever way you all have!

I have learnt plenty through this exercise, but I hope I was able to deliver on my promise and keep you entertained through this novel!

I do also want to take this opportunity to let you all know that I have started a course😲, and its coursework is increasing by the day. I shall not be able to visit the forum regularly hereafter. I shall maybe drop in once in a while to check for pms and any messages on this thread. 😳

But I shall continue to cherish the times and the people here.
