To see traits of characters like Mohan banna and Mirza Sahib mentioned & explained, to see Durga relived... to see even the negative characters voted for, truly made my insides go warm and fuzzy.

For all practical reasons, it might have not happened. One of the major catalysts in Heera behaving/being so close with AMK during those two weeks at Aidabad was because she found the enigma that was Khan Sahib a very comforting distraction to turn to, during a period of abject grief and loneliness.

Durga meeting AMK would have been a casual encounter, right?

Sandy Begum, I am guessing the line in Hindi to mean that in any HBAS quiz, you wouldn't dare leave out IM since that would be courting trouble.😆 😉

But strangely, I couldn't place IM in any of the scenes but I could see Mahendar in 3 ! I could see your love ( quoting Lashy Sahiba here ) everywhere - could it be because you are the quiz master? 😉 🤣

Sincerely hope I have not jeopardized my chances of getting a decent mark in the quiz. 😳 🤗

Got most of HW done but could not attempt Sandy's quiz but read all the answers reminding some interesting moments of HBAS.

Lashy your response on Durga's stance on AMK vice versa reveals how much you have invested in shaping up all their characters.

P'amma & Lana your addition to that poem was superb - both AMK & Heera's need for the other well stated.

This is going to be a busy weekend for me as it's the last one before my trip. Also eagerly waiting for the arrival of my first grand niece or nephew and for my brothers call from the hospital. Also thinking of appu' at this time and Aparna.
