The tree sparkles, shines then proudly flaunts it's leafy overall!
Where are your friends? Companions or mates we cannot see?
It smiles pointing to the water citing 'There, it is a replica of me'!
Oh lonely orange tree out on the field, is not anyone there with you?
It looks up and then down stating,'Do you not see the orange view?'
Orange on the green sheen, Nature has generously done a lavish spray,
It seems like the color of the day, painting the sky and grass all the way!

stunning...👏👏👏

He must have done a month of fasting if he will finish all that!! 😲
Yaar, how come we don't have 'Meye Shosthi', 'Bahu Shosthi', or 'Ma Shosthi'?? Everything is catered to the men!
Come to think of it, my mom had 3 sisters and when I was little I remember my dad and the uncles were served royally by my grandparents on this day with mouthwatering delicacies one after another. 😃 And my grandma would ask 'Should I give some more?' for each dish and if the uncles or dad said 'no, no it is enough', she would say 'Oh then it's not good I guess, you don't like the cooking' and they would oblige thus with 2nd or 3rd serving. 😆 That was her ploy to feed them heartily!! Later the men also understood and they would keep quiet when probed so and after they were done eating then they would shower all the praises! And I with all my cousins would be doing 'hee hee and ha ha'! Good old memories! 😆

WHO AM I DESCRIBING?

And the undisputed winner of the Who am I describing contest is Anindita... surprise first time entry from student who stays outside the class most of the time 😆
And yet took away the prize by getting ALL of her answers right 8/8.👏 Congrats Anindita.

The runners up are both Adwitiya and Selvi who both got 7/8!👏 (Manu you wanted to know the results na... you got 6/8... good on you girl!😳)

[Lana it clearly does say who am I describing not who do I remind you of? Plus the paragraphs are lifted straight off the story... I highlighted the blue bits... plus gave clues - isse zyaadaa main aur kyaa kar sakti thee?😆🤓]

1) There was a sort of devious melody in his voice - it was unnerving. And as if that was not enough, he went on to observe her with sympathy. After all, if it were not for the silks and the radiant beauty, the way she was dressed could pass her off as a maid.

MAHENDAR - when Heera was ordered to be at the Sabha, and she didn't have time to complete her solaa shingaar, Mahendar crosses paths with her and eyes her with disdain!

2) A master of many arts and yet a man of few words, he reserved his compliments for the absolute best. No doubt then that any advice from him was considered valuable - and praise from him good as gold.

Of course, USTAAD. Who else is master of many arts in this story?😉

3) Her instincts were right. They always were. After all, it was this insight, combined with her good sensibilities and immense charisma that fooled many into thinking she was an aristocrat.

It is the opening para that describes GAURI. She behaves so well, she can fool anyone into thinking she's an aristocrat.
Many wrote Heera - but Heera is indeed an aristocrat. 😳

4) His glances casually shifted towards his friend's face, observing the eyes that sat under the neat border of a red Rajput turban. He expected the fond statements about the heiress would've evoked a change in them. But he was wrong. Those dark eyes remained stoic - as always.

This was one that I think everyone got right. And no explanations needed. SAMARTH SINGH

5) So intense was the authority in those eyes that he was certain they could bring even the fiercest of soldiers to their knees. The rest of her features were not far behind either - her skin a lucid ivory, lips redder than rubies, hair falling in distinct curls.

It is DURGA indeed. Description of her through Mahendar's eyes during the ride together. No one else has such authoritative eyes (Heera's is more subtle) and Durga's the only one with 'curls' too. (Heera has wavy hair)

6) Be it a battlefield or the palace grounds, not a single enemy had ever been left standing alive. No wonder then that this warrior had been solely responsible for saving his master's life more times than one could count.

It is the opening description of KHALIL. And also the main reason why his crimes often go unpunished!

7) That information - coupled with the unusual scenario of witnessing a bevy of ladies flocking his master's otherwise celibate gardens - was all that was needed to set him off.

Again, this was one that most got right - AZEEZ. He starts riling his master during the short silent banter than Heera and Akbar have at the gardens.

8) Such setbacks had never stopped him in the past. It wouldn't stop him now. After all, he wanted them - and he wanted it badly.

This is the SHEHZAADE. And this is the opening paragraph that describes him. The he wanted 'them' refers to the 'Parnagrh lands'

results r out...

congratulations to all the winners...🥳

no star pupil award for me...

The message conveyed by the colours of the park are vibrant joy and delight
Glowing oranges of the luxuriant tree upon a carpet of fiery orange light
Amidst the lush greens of the lively trees and the sparkling green grasses bright
The clear reflection in the lake doubling the beauty of the exquisite sight

Wonderful...Sandy...👏👏
