Especially Shyamala Aunty's. For a moment i thought she had dropped in today. Saraswati aunty, it is proof positive of your versatility, and of how well you know us all. To imitate one's choice of words, sentence construction, tone, intent, choice of phrases without letting our own style seep through is no mean task. Your spectrum of creativity is ever widening.👏

If such is your resourcefullness in your seventies, I can only imagine your ingenuity, flair and charm in your prime. Thanks for being here and entertaining us so.🤗

Good Morning my dear Girls!

A sincere, heart felt 'Thank you' to my lovely nieces and grand daughters..

I am using this space to render my heart felt thanks to my dear young baisas who very sincerely appreciate what all I write here..

I never expected such a pleasant and touching response from you all for my recent 'mimicry' post!

First of all, let me admit that I took the outline sketch from these authors' earlier posts, and filled it with the colours appropriate to Ch 45. It is indeed a great pleasure for me to do such posts as it not only keeps my mind alert and active, but also takes me back to my nostalgic moments..

In fact I expected bombardment from those whom I tried to 'mimic'.

One good thing resulted.. Adwi responded. I missed her very much in the thread. She has the inimitable analytical mind and an impeccable style of writing. Girls like her give me inspiration and make me feel young and agile ..even when I am on the threshold of entering the eighth decade of my life..

A special thanks to Sandhya, whose comments are always precious to me. She doesn't waste her words. She uses them only where it is absolutely demanding.😉

As regards Shyamala aunty's style of writing, I had once imitated her in her JA thread, when I wrote comments about Rajat in Naagin episodes, and went into hiding out of fear... Luckily, Shyamala aunty reacted to it very sweetly..

I always love Harshu for her unique style of commentary. Like a grandmother telling stories to her grandchildren..I never missed her episode analyses of the Jodha Akbar (rerun) serial . I had also imitated her once or twice earlier..

So, that is for now..

I assure our author Sahiba that she need not feel sad for missing anyone in the thread.. I am always there to help..😉
