For once i felt ..atleast this time Harka would nurse khan sahib's wound but this stubborn man didnt gave her anychance dampening all my hopes and then advised her to stay safe .

Back to chap ...Hmm my poor Sahiba ... staying late night she is writing her scrolls only to get stealed by khan sahib and his men ,but i understand Akbar's plight ...he is just following his master's orders and somewhere by doing so he is protecting his sahiba too in the process .
Yes he is... it's a very strange mix this.. he is protecting her, but she'd get wild if she came to know what he was doing!

Ok so heera for a moment suspected khan sahib but brushed it off soon recalling all the incidents where khan sahib provided a helping hand and then zeroed upon khalil and his men ...

Akbar is so lucky to have such loyal people around him, who r concerned about their sahib, other than him even the shehzada is not so important for them.

Heera and Akbar r opening up in front of each other ...she sharing her fears and him offering his shoulder ...(ok not the shoulder exactly but a handkercheif) and then the embarassing but not so embarassing moment ...ahem ahem ... we readers wish to see such moments in future too lashy sahiba .😆

This part was quite emotional ...with heera shedding tears talking about her late Jiji and inbetween making Akbar quilty for indirectly having his hand in Durga's murder . What an irony ...Our innocent Sahiba is sharing her pains with the person who is somewhere though indirectly responsible for all her misery . And oops she unknowingly revealed the farmaan hint to Akbar .

Now Akbar has decided to leave for parnagarh as he is sure it is somehere hidden there itself and heera leaving for Bansi as suggested by kakasa . Lets see if she leaves or not but amidst all this she is badly falling for khan sahib .
Heera couldn't decide if she was as beautiful a Lady as people said she was - but, if she was, he would've noticed her beauty too, wouldn't he?

Yes she is... and the more she tells her heart not to behave a certain way, it is doing just that!

she turn leader of their group and their land and their people surrounded by dangerous enemies she should protect them
Thing is, Heera is used to taking care of administrative stuff back home... the accounts etc...because their father was away at the capital most of the time... but this is something far more dangerous.. bigger!
so she of course feel scare and she need someone to share her insecurities so this is nothing wrong after all she is just teen surrounded by lots of problem
so she end up sharing her secrets to stranger who manage to make his place in her heart
when somebody sharing her most precious feeling to someone so other one also end up sharing his also

Not that Heera didn't think of the hidden meaning... but she used another version of it... that jiji had sent her that message asking HER to hide.. she didn't realise jiji meant she'd hid the farmaan.. because when Heera came home, the safe was already ransacked and documents missing..
here partially blindness problem is playing Cupid in their love story

This is very true, Periyamma...
I think Durga will not behave like her, under similar circumtances. That is why, Mahinder thinks that it will be easier for him to grab the Parnagarh estate from Heera than from Durga..

with this paragraph, I have a slightly different opinion, Periyamma... because, all we saw of Durga was the first two chapters... in happier times... but if you go back and read about Heera then... she'd sound really really level-headed there too...

If Durga were faced with such a problem, today... driven away from her lands, her sister killed, her life in trouble, her enemies closing in... I can see her breaking down too in front of a stranger, she grows to trust... especially since she cannot show this weakness in front of her own..

Even if much older than teenagers... we (as in the general we) sometimes reveal more of ourselves to people we don't know (like this forum for instance) than to our family members/friends, maybe to escape being judged...

As for Mahendar, he assumes it's easier to grab Parnagarh from Heera than it is from Durga because he assumes she is partially blind and doesn't possess the warrior spirit her sister possesses... not because she is less matured than Durga...
After all, Durga is only a year older... and Durga too was also swayed by his charms... as is all of Parnagarh...
