The Story goes...

So the haveli wore a festive look

With cuisine delicious made by the efficient cook

She did not expect him to choose to attend

And he could not find a reason to pretend

Thus the two souls were drawn towards each other

Though there were no words spoken between them either

She noticed the miracle that had brought in him the change

In his attitude and routine that made him look strange!

She had tended the wounds of his pet horse earlier

Now she has to tend the pain in her own heart that is severe

Her duty towards her clan is big that she chose

And the time to leave for her destination is drawing close

But it doesn't prevent her from the- longer -than -required gaze on him

And his glances against her with emotions to the brim

Adrenaline rushed to make her cheek red

Seeing him raising his arm thanking her for having been fed

She could faintly spot the smallest trace of smile when he did thank

Though unlikely she thought, she couldn't turn it down point blank

Which made her promptly return his unexpected gesture

With a salute that was sure a welcome posture

But will that mark the smooth journey of these two?

She has her problems and he has so many too

Hers the author has made obvious to us

But his? Looks like they are mysterious and also dangerous..

Who will expose the scheme the Prince has in his mind?

What will happen to the search party the innocent Rajah sent to find

Our lonely heiress whom he wants to marry the prince?

How will he persuade her and convince?

Will the Rajahs of small kingdoms come for her help

After the effort she took with so much of thought and set up

What will happen to her is a great suspense

For the readers who read the story expecting a finesse !
