Over the past two days, her mind had developed plans, hatched plots and considered all different possibilities for the future of Parnagarh.
However, it was when the time to act came that the momentous nature of her mission struck her. It was when she actually saw the map of the entire Mughal Empire dangling in front of her eyes that she truly realised what an ambitious step she was taking. A dangerous step from which, there was no going back - and possibly a step that no other orphaned 16 year old would've ever taken.
Can't describe how proud and glad I felt reading this.I know its 17th century, know that people were far more matured than the current generation, know that Heera is an heiress who is expected to be responsible and matured for her people.Still, the way she has been dealing with the unfavorable circumstances and has been emerging strong for the future of Parnagarh is commendable👏
Fighting against an ambitious Prince with only people's emotions as a weapon is no mean feat.'Jiji, your Harka Bai will use the voice and influence of the powerful society, to get you justice... to make sure Khalil gets his due... and to ensure Parnagarh is spared!'Loved these lines, depicting her determination, immensely⭐️
Thank you so so so much darling... I am glad she has shaped up as an inspirational character... after all a character like her is the one who could shake Khan Sahib out of his otherwise strong will na...
On one hand,Heera is so soft and kind and on the other hand she is shrewd and strong. How wisely she has planned to garner the support from all the kingdoms suffered at the hands of prince and Khalil. It's like enemy's enemy is a friend.
Yes!
'W... we... tried telling him... h... he asked us some questions...' Gokul's firm stares were slowly hazed by a film of uncertainty 'We didn't know what answers to give...'
'B... baisa... I... I think it would be better if you met him personally... and explained it yourself...' Bajrang recommended
Ye Khan Sahib bhi na..he is capable of making anyone stutter😆 except few😉.It's his effect that made them falter, right?
Undoubtedly! 😆
How difficult it is to Heera at this stage..she can't trust anyone completely in an unknown place ,she can neither suspect every trivial detail nor ignore them fully
Yes.. one will go mad only!🤪
While everyone is relishing delicious Marwari food..Khan Sahib is adamant to eat only Chachajaan's haath ka khana😆 This is what makes him more interesting😉
Again there is a long reason for this... but will have to wait and watch for that!😉
'A study?' she wondered if she must call the room that - because her own study back at Parnagarh, was a reader's paradise. A bright and sunny chamber that was a homage to books - books that had been resourced by the Mansabdar from various places over the years. Works on religion and poetry. Texts about soil and plants. Scrolls explaining medicine and science. Literary works in Urdu, Sanskrit, Marwari and Persian. Paintings depicting various cultures, and the list went on.
This room appeared less like a study - and more like a mishmash of three chambers in one 'Interesting'
So,its Mansabdar who is the reason behind Heera's in depth knowledge of various things. Poor girl is forced to leave her home..her paradise and live in such a place, now😭I wish she would finally get back to the place she belongs to.
Yes... she was intelligent anyway and loved learning... but after the accident, she couldn't really do a lot of 'outdoorsy' stuff... she started burying herself in books...
and seeing how his daughter must love reading... he must have brought her more everytime he visited the capital...😊
But,Aidabad would become her home eventually, right?😉No problem,I'm sure she would turn this unsophisticated place into a heaven. After all,she is a HEERA😃
Awww... 😉
'A little more than 10 hours... actually, 10 and half hours to be precise' she gave him the answer to their problem..The mathematician Heera😎
'But, that's only if we take no breaks...'well,how can he just accept her answer😆
ROFFFL I liked your answer... 😆
Loved their salutations part
Have you noticed they haven't actually done the adab to her? 😉 and I think she hasn't done the Marwari salute either... abhi bhi keeping stuff very to-the-matter these two..
Akbar's sarcastic compliment-Heera's witty response-HIS unexpected question..I was like 😛😆😲..how did he know?? then it clicked me..it's the Akbar we are reading about.
😉
Just loved the convo that followed. It was so unexpected of him to reveal abt his help to the children, for,it was neither his nature to speak more than required nor there was any compulsion.I feel he shares a similar past like that of those children, hence the change in his tone and manner.
A sincerity that implied that underneath the toughened armour which Akbar Mahmoud Khan always donned, lay a soft-spot, after all...like our Jalal
I felt Jalal was always soft only... especially for a few episodes here and there, he could never really be a real toughie...😕 all that initial 'cruel' 'darindaa' 'haivaan' ads they showed about him didn't last beyond the first 50 episodes 😆
'Yes...' his voice dipped, as a sign of courtesy, and empathy 'Chacha jaan mentioned about your sister... I am sorry to hear that...'
Heera had to be honest with him since he had been the same with her. So,chacha jaan knew abt the death and has also informed their Sahib.
How chachajaan knew - well... just general stuff like their leader has died etc... they must be performing the morning vidhis and all na.. he must have seen...
besides, the first night they arrived itself, Maharaj kaka had to inform them that they were in mourning since he had to refuse the food they offered...
But why she died? How? And all other details they shouldn't know at this stage😊
'I had to fix the bridge... and you were in the way... that's all...' Akbar had scoffed in response, like she was a mere inconvenience to him then
Who on earth would respond this way to a sincere thank you!!😲😡 Is it his tedha way of being modest?I don't think so😆
Its his introvert way of saying... no need of telling me thanks... 'bas hamne bachaa liyaa na... chod deejiye .. isse zyaadaa aur kuch bolne ki zarrorat nahin hai aapko!'😆
because from thanks, sorry and please starts what can be called cordial conversation na... 😉
'And if you let me know where I can plant them... I'll bear in mind to stick to the boundaries...' a formal pause followed 'So, I don't inconvenience you, by coming in your way!'
This is why we love Heera,so much..what a punch this is😆
Yup!
Raising a brow, Akbar sternly looked up to dart her a glance, before turning aside..Khan sahib ki bolti band😆
loool
As a man who'd never let his grit be swayed by beauty or charms - as a man who didn't want to be fascinated by her finesse, this was a juncture where he found himself failing in front of Harka Bai's perfection. Yet again!
Amazing lines⭐️⭐️
THANK YOU... looks like it's the favourite of a few others too!
Wanna read more..waiting for tomorrow's update.Love you,di🤗.I can't even imagine the kind of effort and time that goes into writing such fabulous chapters.Hats off to you👏
Thank you dear... 🤗 so so much!
