Harshu di...Amazingly described! 👏
This episode was okayish types. And frankly, I did not like the last part.
Since I was not able to post yesterday, I am including it today. 😃
The best part of yesterday's episode was undoubtedly the tarazu scene. Loved loved loved the entire scene, and of course Jalal in it. 👏 Today I'm sure Jodha must've realized how lucky she is to have a hubby like Jalal, and especially being in a venomous place like Agra.
The scene started with Jalal commenting that he does the same thing whenever he is in a dilemma. This is symbolic of how he knows that they have too much in common, that they're not separate, and its not long before they realize that they are one and the same. 😳 Then, as she says how difficult it is for her, he slowly keeps his hand on her shoulder. His eyes convey the same support to hers, that his hand is reassuring her. Her eyes meet his, and go to his hand, a symbol of his rock solid support, and trust on her.
And every single word that Jalal spoke was WOW. 👏 I loved the way he said, " Jis din aapka nikaah humse hua hai, aap Agra ki ho gayi hain. Agra utna hi aapka hai jitna humara ya Ruqaiya Begum ka. " He wants to make her realize that she is his own, that everything his is her own, that Agra is her own, that its people are her own, that she is the Empress. The familiarity, or you can say apnapan in these words of his just oozed out, and was so effective and heart - warming. 😳
And I loved the way he said, " Kyunki aap aam nahi hain Jodha Begum. " That firmness on his face, showed how much he trusts her and her capabilities. No wonder Jodha was overwhelmed by this Jalal, and was forced to change her decision.
This couple is so special, and such little moments of trust point out the reason behind it. The moments when they are each other's strength, the moments when they transfer their own strength into the other.
As for the Jalal - Jodha interaction today, there was one particular thing I loved a lot. The way he said, " Hum Sultanat sambhaalte hain...aap harem smabhaliyega..." This just goes on to prove that he trusts that she'll be the winner. And moreover, he wants her to be his partner in his work as well. A true Empress in every sense. This equal partnership between them is one aspect I love so much. They're not common people whose world extends just to themselves, and I love them as a team working for the good of their people. This sentence of Jalal today brought such familiarity and team work. 😳
And frankly speaking, I did not like the last part much. Though there were some bits that I liked. I liked how Jalal wanted to talk about it to her, and felt good to get her support. Liked the way he wanted to lighten his heart's burden with her.
But the part I did not like was, the way Jalal behaved after letting her know the devastating news, for her of course. I mean he was like grateful to her for bringing him out from his reverie, but did not once think about what effect this had on her. It was crystal clear on her face how cheated she felt from inside, but Jalal never even once paid attention to HER inner turmoil. This was ignorance on his part, I think.
