True Diksha.. This show holds a special place in my heart as it gave many FIRSTS to me:

1. My first ever Historical show
2. My first ever addiction to a Hindi Soap
3. The first ever show which I equally loved and hated
4. The first show which made me madly drool over the leads.
5. The first show that introduced India Forum to me.
And lastly
6. The first show that introduced the writer in me to me.

I thank the cast, crew (minus the CVs) and production house for this magnum opus. Alvida Jodha Akbar!! May the defamed souls of J-A rest in peace and the exhausted actors rest in holiday!! 😉

Donjas excellent post. Will miss there soul talks the most. I plan to visit Akbar and MuZ tombs in december and certainly these soul talks will be reverabating in my mind at Akbars Makbara

but every word is true...

for me this is the only show I watched right from start to end... else for me watching TV was mostly news, sports or science channel... though I watched other shows too, but never more than few episodes... but Akdha made me watch this show... and memory is forever

So many firsts and that's the magic of it!! 😆 I do watch other soaps on and off but no addiction as such.. This show is DIFFERENT!! 😉

Did'nt think il make this post. Let's bid adieu to the show Jodha Akbar,.dont know wen I fell in love with real harka bai and akbar .. it happened only due to Abhay and its he who played a major role in digging out the facts and gave us info abt real life Akbar And Muz .Once again Thanks Abhay .

From day one I am continuously watching Jodha akbar never missed a single episode, cancelled all my outings/ vacations/dinners/meetings. even If I miss I will immediately watch it online.i didn't even know who Rajat and Paridhi was in the beginning slowly I got too attached to JA due to them thr acting &sizzling chemistry they are the sole reason why I wayched JA even sometimes the track was boring I never miss it coz of thm.I just fell in love with reel akdha only due to Rajat and Paridhi made Jalal and Jodha come alive on screen..But now everything has come to an end.How I will face monday?dont know.though god had given us enough time & prepared us not to cry on 7th aug.still JA made many of us cry badly.JA ending is like leaving our soul somewhere where we cant find it anywhere.May be in future ekta or some other pH may come up with JA again may b with diff actors.but for me Akbar il be only Rajat Tokas & Jodha aka muz il be only & only Paridhi sharma.

A big salute to paridhi & rajat for their flawless and marvellous acting. No one can portray the role of Jodha and Akbar other than thm. This show and Parijat will stay in our heart forever and ever.

This show has given me lovely friends & we had gone through many ups and downs together, in the journey of JA we 've suffered together, cried together, laughed together . Finally its time to move on ..The show had given golden days to us and beautiful memories to cherish throughout out our life. Have lots to say but its better to sign off now.#Alvida Jodha Akbar..Love you and Miss you Jodha Akbar.

to be true, I started watching the show only for Rajat, coz I had always loved his character in previous shows , though I didn't watch those shows till end... but when I heard Rajat is playing Akbar's role, I decided to watch it... I never new who Pari was... but as the show progressed I loved Pari/Jodha just like I loved Rajat/Jalal...

these two have made Jodha and Akbar memorable forever

It started with a soul talk and ends with one. Both emotional, the second doubly so but the way this series was shown, the last soul talk is just the continuation of that first soul talk in that first episode.

Remember how Akbar said to Jodha then, look the sun is rising, tourists will be coming to the tomb soon. Today that sun has risen fully and the dream like world of the tomb is gone, the souls have left to rest.

Today the last 5 minutes where they showed a collage of images of the entire JA journey must have left many a fan tear stricken.

So many memories, so many scenes, it is hard to recount all, but surely Jodha Akbar's absence will leave an empty place. The first serial I ever watched and most probably the last.

Rest in peace Jodha Akbar and may your memories last forever.
