Oh yes! Abdul! He always gave Jalal straight forward answers. Its unfortunate his character just vanished after the initial episodes.

The Abdul bachao episodes were great,really! Jodha-Jalal first interaction too! That playfulness in his eyes,blunt asnwers with a touch of arrogance! Rajat's rajputi dialect was polished during PRC,so he got to show it off here! Too good!

Also the first scene between his mother and him,do u rememba that? He was cold towards her. The scars of childhood never really healed. He was good in this scene.

Btw do u guys remember the initial Jalal Ruqaiya scenes? There was one chess scene if Im not wrong.

It was interesting to see an otherwise ruthless Jalal,being soft towards Ruqaiya. The childhood friendship surely meant a lot to him.

For as long as I followed JA,I rememba the JA promos being real good. The initial nes definitely my favourite. There were 4 I guess. One in the battleground,his convo with Bharmal. Ah,that unapologetic arrogance in his tone! <3 Then there was one with Abdul,the sleeveless blue velvet one? He was with a knife and he said something about Jodha being all his,"har saans,harr zarra..." I think rajat's voice modulation and his ability to express through his eyes really showed in these two.

Do u rememba the Jalal-Jodha Bathtub promo? The pseudo-suhag raat? Green lights. Rajat in Maroon trousers and a maroon shawl? That was lovely!
