She explains him how a saree is draped and what went wrong when she was draping it...jalal listens to her very carefully and helps her out in plating the saree properly and he pins every possible place and secures it so that the saree wont come all open..all this while Jodha was in between looking at him..but Jalal was just busy in helping her out with the saree...

Though Jodha knew that Jalal was a very dignified person but for a second she thought that may be he could also be like some other men who drool over woman in the exposed state she was in. But after looking at him she was 100% sure her husband was not someone who is like that, not for a second did he look at her in a wrong way. After getting the saree properly pinned Jalal went and started changing to his tuxedo. Meanwhile Jodha was busy in putting all the accessories that Jalal had gotten for her.
All set and ready for the party both of them look at each other and admire. Maybe they have started feeling something for each other. The care, concern, and affection everything is clearly visible in their eyes for each other.
Jalal and Jodha at the same time: You look( smile coz of their timing)
Jalal: Hmm i never thought you would look this beautiful and feminine in saree..saree suits you well..
Jodha : (shy)Thank you..You also look good..(chirpy) but this is gonna be the last time i am wearing this..i jst have this feeling that i am gonna fall or else the saree is going to cause some or the other problem today..so.. (seriously) so can u be beside me..i don't want to embarrass myself in front of the team or the guests.
Jalal: (wide smile) i am always there with you..well, this is not going to be the last time coz now i would want to see my wife in saree more oftenly..you are damn beautiful yaar..i seriously haven't seen a woman who can look this good without heavy makeup or styling..for the first time i must admit that i have fallen for this look of yours..never thought you would look sooo (notices that he has been expressing too much to her. So suddenly put forth his hand as gesture to take her hand and they started walking). But on the other other side Jodha was dumbstruck with the heap of compliments that she got from her husband..she was blushing so much..and it actually made her feel she looks beautiful coz her husband is usually a man of few words and at times blatantly honest. So whatever he said about her was true. She just looks at him and without saying anything walks.
There is an awkward situation in the car as both of them don't know what to speak about. Jalal was thinking about what she must be thinking as he was just being a flirt but Jodha was constantly stealing glances of Jalal and wanting to see this side of him. Though she loved his irritated, arguing side but this made her realise that he can be passionate lover and a good husband..those eyes, expression, intensity in voice..she has never seen him like that but would love to see him.. He looks handsome with those expressions and adorable too.
They reached the venue. 15 minute drive and no talking surely made the journey boring to a certain extent but both of them were busy in their thought process. Surya and the team were already there in the venue waiting for their boss and his wife. As soon as they saw the couple all were shocked as they have never seen their boss all smiling and happy and their lioness legal advisor blushing. But they were definitely happy for them. Surya was literally staring at Jodha, for a second he thought that he had lost something very precious. It was not only the beauty but the attitude, skill and knowledge was something which he used to admire in her.
It was barely 6 months ago that he first saw her and known her only a month as later he was promoted and transferred to the Pune branch. The no' from Jodha's side did hurt his ego but she never behaved differently even after his confession to her. She was dignified, decent, and elegant and had an aura. One part of him was happy because he knew Jalal on a personal level (though they are not friends) that Jalal is the perfect guy for Jodha. No one in the world can ever look after Jodha like Jalal..
Surya comes forward shakes hand with Jalal, before he could shake hand with Jodha, Jalal leads her inside giving a sweet smile to Surya. Jalal's left hand was on her back and the right hand was holding her right hand tightly. Knowing Jalal and his possessiveness for his possessions Surya understood that Jalal knows about his proposal to Jodha and is not really happy about it thats why he is not even allowing Surya for even a handshake and upon that he thought he got carried away and hugged Jodha tightly without even thinking that she is married now and that too infront of her own husband..he knew that Jalal being rational has no big issue with the proposal part as at that point Jodha was not even engaged to him but the hug must have really pissed off Jalal.
Inside the party hall, Jodha was talking to the ladies over there and Jalal was having a drink with his colleages. After a while Mr. John came onto the dias and started talking about the party welcoming the guests and called up Jalal and Jodha in order to introduce them to the crowd. Jalal enetered the dias and gave his hand to Jodha so that she could climb those stairs with ease. As soon as the spot light was on them all the men started ogling at Jodha. They have seen a lot of Indian women in New York but not the one like this who is epitome of beauty, grace, dignity and intelligence. It was not just her husband but even his colleagues were attracted to her. After a small speech by both Jalal and Jo the party was officially started. People involved themselves in eating, drinking, dancing,etc. Jodha was busy in chit chatting, though Jalal too was but he was looking at Jo in between.
Suddenly Jo's phone started ringing and to be away from the noise she walked to a corner. Jalal did not notice that. It was Jalal's mother. They had a small conversation and cut the call. She was about to go back when a hand held her back. She looked at the person and it was Surya.
Surya: hey i need to talk to you.
Jo: (hesitant) ok but for that you don't need to hold my hand. (he leaves her) also it would be better if we can go back to the party hall and talk over there. Coz i do not want to be with a guy in this aloof area. So can we..
Surya: (thinking that might not go well with Jalal) no this place is fine we can talk here..
Jo: listen, already Jalal is pissed off with what u did earlier.. i don't want to create any problem further so bye...
Jo leaves from there.. she was walking back to the hall when she saw Julia the same girl with whom she saw Jalal this morning. And with her she saw a man whose face wasn't that clear but she felt as if she had seen the person before. She thought that she was thinking too much but as soon as the person turned she saw the most unexpected face NEIL..
In the morning when she saw Neil she thought maybe its not true especially after knowing that he was in the airport but now, she found something fishy coz when Jalal invited him he said he has some other work and now here he is enjoying and spending some quality time with that Julia. The way they were talking did not seem like that of friends but rather that of boyfriend and girlfriend. Their each and every interaction and proximity cleared the doubt.
Jo: so in the morning the person i saw was Neil and he was lying to Jalal. And upon that he is cheating Rukaiya. Such a moron he is. I need to say this to Jalal. But before that i should clear my doubts.
She was about to follow them when someone caught her wrist.
Jo: (annoyed) Surya i have told u i have nothing to talk to u. You better back off. Just leave my hand or u are gonna get the best medicine from Jalal's hand. (the hold became tight). Will you just...(shouts)
