Jodha : Shareef, Surya, and the other guy...i don't remember his name...and look at the coincidence none of them are seen in the company now a days...

Jalal : the other guy?i don't know...Shareef's story is familiar to u that why he wont work for us anymore...and Surya...well he works as Marketing head in the (realises) Pune branch(to himself-oh man...that means this guy is gonna accompany Jodha for the New York meeting)

His facial expression changed a bit...

Jodha : what happened Jalal u look disturbed...is everything fine...

Jalal : yeah everything is fine...u do one thing...go and sleep we have to leave early in the morning..

Jodha : ok u also come na..waise bhi if u sit out for long hours u ll catch cold..so come in...

Jalal: haan i ll come i ..i need to make few calls..

Jodha : Jalal...its midnight...why cant u let people sleep in peace...

Jalal : i meant international calls...u go na...i ll come in a while... (Jodha left...) to himself: How did i commit this mistake...i cant allow that surya roam around my wife knowing that he has such feelings for Jodha...Wait a sec why am i stressed...am i jealous of surya...no no why would i...whatever be the reason i cannot allow this to happen...but i cant change the members too...what should i do...

Jalal's farmhouse 3:30 am...

Jodha : Jalal...Jalal wake up...(he woke up) why r u sleeping here...didnt i ask u to come in...now come...get up...

Jalal : don't know when sleep took over...but why did u wake up...this early..

Jodha : uh... i didn't find u beside me...leave that...tell me whats the matter..something is disturbing u...

Jalal : well to be frank...its regarding Surya...he ll be accompanying u for the NY meeting..i don't want him to...to...

Realising what he meant she smiles...

Jodha : but i didn't see his name in the list...

Jalal : Suryabhan...thats his full name...

Jodha : ohhh...Jalal...i ll be fine...and it has been months since that incident happened...i am sure he might have forgotten that...

Jalal : but u still remember...

Jodha : yeah...thats becoz he was first person in this office who genuinely appreciated my work,my look...i mean i am a girl and when people appreciate me...i remember those things very well...

Jalal: what did he say to u...

Jodha : but why do u want to know...(Jalal gave her an angry look) fine...fine...he said that he has never seen a beautiful person like me both inside and outside...and he finds me very genuine...and just went on saying somewhat similar things every other day and one fine day he proposed me and my answer was a no

Jalal : hmm...so u didn't like him...

Jodha : well frankly i didn't have any emotion towards him...he was just a colleague...thats it..now can we go in and sleep peacefully...(in a serious tone)Jalal u don't need to worry so much...maybe we don't share a romantic relation...but u mean a lot to me...i have started understanding u...considering u as a friend...maybe one day this friend of mine will be a special person in my life...a lot of people will come in and go out of our lives but there are certain people who cannot go just like that...and u are one among them ..for me...

Jalal was dumbstruck...the way she makes him feel comfortable...he likes that...she understands whats in his mind or say she atleast tries to do so...he was feeling better now...

They both left from there...went to their bedroom and slept peacefully...

8am...

All were ready to leave the place...

Ruqaiya : Goodmorning Jalal...

Jalal : oh so u guys are ready...

Abdul : yeah...we slept by 11 unlike u...at what time did u sleep ...3?

Jalal : how come u know that?

Abdul : we heard Jo calling out ur name...

Jalal : who?

Abdul : arre Jo...ur wife...now Jalal don't tell me that u didn't know that Jodha's cousins and her near and dear ones call her Jo...

Jalal: really? How come i never noticed this...

Vikas : there are a lot of things that u don't know about Jo...but i think u have improved a lot...

Jalal knew that he has just started understanding Jodha...every day he discovers a new thing about her and he feels happy whenever he knows something even minute things about her.like...she is a pure vegetarian...she gets annoyed very quickly but cools down quickly...she is very genuine...always tries being diplomatic but ends up being frank,outspoken...and at times hurt others feeling...doesn t matter what others think about her..but wanted all her near and dear ones to love her...

Hours later...

Jodha : shall we leave...

Jalal : yeah...

All of them left...within half day of time both Jodha and Jalal came to know a lot about each other...and their cousins also helped them a lot...They reached home...the day passed quickly...night time...

Jalal: u r done with the packing?

Jodha : yeah...

Jalal : what happened why are u so gloomy?is therte any problem?are u tensed?

Jodha : no Jalal i am absolutely fine...(a bit sad) its a 2 week program...and i will miss everyone...it has been around 2 months since we r married and i am habituated to this place,this room,our fights,ammi's cooking,abbu's pampering...and will miss maa and dad too...

Jalal : (playfully)well i am damn happy...no fighting for the right side,no arguements,ammi and abbu's focus will be on me...no more taunting...

Jodha (throws a pillow on him): u r so mean Jalal...i hate u...

And they argued and fought till sleep took over them...

Next morning...living room...on the phone

Jodha : haan maa i'll take care of everything...ok dad will call u once i reach ...ok then bye...

Hamida : beta take care ok...call us whenever u get time...Jalal drop her at the airport...ur abbu will take care of today's meeting...

Jalal : ok ammi...come Jodha lets leave...

Jodha (to Hamida) take care and don't forget to take ur medicines and ammi on 20th abbu is having an appointment with the cardiologist...

Hamida : Jodha i'll take care of these things now don't miss ur flight...all the best for the meeting

Jalal drops Jodha at the airport and wishes her all the best...After seeing of Jodha, Jalal left for Jodha's house..

Royal Mansion

Mainavati : But beta u should have informed me before hand...i would have made ur favourite dishes and even Jodha's room is untidy...

Jalal : its ok maa...anyway u can make my favourite dishes 2morrow...i ll be staying here for 2 days..and let Jodha's room be the way she left it...well i haven't seen her room yet so can i...

Mainavati: haan beta...staircase se left wala room is her bedroom and right is her study cum entertainment room...u just go and check it i ll make tea and other snacks...

Jalal : no maa i ll eat lunch directly...no need of tea and snacks...hmm will dad be here for lunch..

Mainavati : no...he' ll be coming only by 4-4:30...i ll make some fresh juice for u...
