The easiest beginning is the end of Sharifuddin. Although I did not like the gory scene of Jalal chopping his hand and Sharif crossing his limits by trying to rape Jodha like a Bollywood 70s movie. Atleast the CVs should have remembered Jodha is an empress and a mother of an 18-19 year old Salim. At that juncture its tough to imagine someone lusting after a lady in 16th century unless its love from both sides.

I HAVE MY OWN DOUBTS ABOUT SHAREEU BEING DEAD. HE IS TE KIND WHO CAN COME BACK FROM THE DEAD

The second aspect is Bakshi Banu- Why has she run off from the royal entourage? There is some grave reason for this I am sure. May be she will go and help Sharif live? Or Will she be kidnapped by some other enemies of Akbar? Or Will she die?

I DO AGREE WITH YOU. BB WANDERING OFF HER OWN ADDS TO JALAL'S TROUBLES. AFTER LOOKING DOR KIDNAPPED WIFE, HE NOW HAS TO LOOK FOR MISSING SISTER UFF

Third aspect is Mirza Hakim- this track will remove his misconception that Akbar killed Mah Chu Chuk(or will they prolong his MU for another track and just make him run off battle field)

SALIM IS MANAGING THE WAR ON HIS OWN QUITE WELL AND JALAL NOW JOINING HIM WILL ONLY ADD TO HIS STRENGTH. SO MIRZA IS SURE TO BE ROUTED. WHATEVER LITTLE I HAVE READ ABOUT MIRZA, THERE IS NOT MENTION ABOUT HIM BEING JALAL'S ALLY, SO THE ENTIRE CHARACTER IS CVS IMAGINATION. SO THERE IS A STRONG CHANCE THAT JALAL WILL NOW MAKE HIM SEE REASON AND GET HIM BACK TO HIS OLD WAYS ( HOPE THE BEARD AND THE WIERD VOICE GOES ALONG WITH THE NEGATIVE IMAGE 😊 )

Fourth aspect is Anarkali helping Akbar free Jodha- Why was this shown? to make anar positive not at all as per me she was always positive except at dealing with Salim she was a bit rude and snobbish.

There is a greater idea behind anar rescuing Jodha one is Akbar is indebted to her so he cannot be shown burying her alive as folklore says.

WELL AS FAR AS ANAR'S CHARACTER IS CONCERNED, THE STORY IS QUITE DEBATABLE. BUT IF THE CVS HAVE STARTED THIS TRACK. THEN ANAR HAS TO WALLED. I DONT THINK THERE CAN BE ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE.

CVS GIVING HER SO MUCH IMPORTANCE VEXES ME.

Second Jodha is indebted to her so she may stand up for Salim and anarkali's love against Akbar. Till now Jodha had no reason to stand up for anarkali and Salim - man bai her neice will marry Salim so Jodha needs strong reasons to support anarkali over man bai

Third salim himself requires strong reasons to go against Akbar for his lady love anarkali. This is required because he was shown very negative here in show hence strong reason must be given for his revolt to gain anarkali. Now he has very strong reasons apart from her being his childhood friend, and him having destroyed her life by making her rakasha, now he can even say she saved my mom so I am going to save her against Akbar warth

Fifth aspect is Jodha herself - Why did she go as commoner and serve people?

How else could Jodha get kidnapped by her crazy lover Sharif is she stayed in agra fort?

(Sharif reminds of SRK in Darrr movie, may be he could spurt a few Jo Jo Jo Joodhaaa ala Khyber) All of Jodha's lovers seem crazy guys except Suraybhan

CONSTANT APPEARANCE OF JODHA'S AASHIQ AT PERIODIC INTERVALS IS QUITE SAD. AGREED THAT AKBAR HAS A LARGE HAREM AND ALL BUT EVEN HE, DESPITE BEING THE EMPEROR, DOES NOT ATTRACT SO MANY HEERS AS JODHA. GIVEN THE PURDAH SYSTEM DURING THE PERIOD, ALL THESE SCENES SEEM TO BE IN BAD TASTE.

Second is how else she can get that contagious disease spread in agra?

JODHA'S CONTRACTING THIS DEADLY DISEASE LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER TRACK FOR HER TO DISAPPEAR INTO OBLIVION AND JALAL AGAIN RUSHING OFF TO LOOK FOR HER AND GET HER BACK

Third is to highlight the love bet Jalal and Jodha (though with Akbar touching her feet, kneeling etc it left sour taste in mouth). Emperor Akbar forgets that he is emperor and almost in his 50s and starts acting like love crossed teenage boy in Jodha's presence. 😆😲

Fourth is to make her indebted to anarkali

Sixth aspect of this track is Salim

- Have you all observed that Salim has stopped saying I hate being walihaad, I hate my duty and jumped into war mode seriously. This track has to make coming of age of Salim into a mature crown prince. Why is this required?

Many reasons for that

- Now Salim shall realize how huge responsibility his dad had all this years and symapthize with him

- Second he stay away from Ruq and her negativity so he may start getting close to mom-dad aatleast mom for sure.

- Now that Jodha is unwell his fear of losing mom will come out and he will get desperate to save her from the illness

- If he gets hurt and stays away from anar she may start missing him and realize his love

- He shall feel indebted to anar for saving Jodha

I REALLY LOOK FORWARD TO JODHA SALIM BONDING. TOO MUCH INTERFERANCE FROM RUKS AND OVERALL NEGATIVE VIBES FROM THE ERSTWHILE TRACKS HAVE REALLY SOURED THEIR RELATIONSHIP. I DONT EVEN KNOW IF IT CAN BE SALVAGED, BUT IT WILL CERTAINLY BE NICE TO SEE SALIM RESPECTING HIS MOTHER

HISTORICALLY JALAL SALIM RELATIONSHIP IS, AT BEST, COMPLICATED. SALIM ALWAYS RESPECTED HIS FATHER. BUT DUE TO SEVERAL FACTORS THESE TWO COULD NEVER REALLY BE SEEN AS A "TEAM".SALIM'S DISLIKE AND AKBAR'S LIKING OF ABUL FAZAL WAS ONE SUCH REASON. HIS EXCESSIVE DRINKING WAS ANOTHER FACTOR WHICH LED HIM TO BE ESTRANGED EMOTIONALLY FROM AKBAR. HIS OWN COTERIE OF FRIENDS WAS ANOTHER. ALL THESE FACTORS LED HIM TO REBEL.

TILL NOW I FEEL THAT THE CVS HAVE REALLY DONE A BAD JOB OF SHOWING JALAL SALIM EQUATION. I DONT THINK SHOWING THIS KIND OF HATRED FROM SUCH A YOUNG AGE WAS JUSTIFIED AT ALL. LET US WAIT AND SEE HOW THE FUTURE UNFOLDS BETWEEN THESE TWO, NOW WITH SALIM SHOULDERING RESPONSIBILITIES AND BEING THE GOOD "WALIAAHAD"

The seventh aspect is Akbar

- Akbar should realize he is not God or equal to him

- Akbar understand pain of commoner thru his whipping and other humiliation

- Akbar's sins will make Jodha sick- someone close will get unwell first Mehtab next Jodha. This shall be Akbar's deewar moment when he re accepts God as supreme

So this one track has been culmination for many past and future tracks

DURING THE START OF THIS TRACK ABHAY HAD SHARED A LINK REGARDING THIS TOPIC. CVS PRESENTATION IS QUITE DIFFERENT FROM THAT. AND I AM QUITE LOST ABOUT WHERE THIS IS GOING.

BUT TO STOP TRPS FROM TUMBLING FURTHER, CVS SHOULD COME UP WITH TRACKS THAT JUSTIFY JALAL THE EMPEROR - A STRONG AND SUCCESSFUL KING, WITH A VISION MUCH AHEAD OF HIS TIMES.

NEGATIVITY SHOULD BE REDUCED TO A MINIMUM AND SCENES SHOWN SHOULD BE MORE CREDIBLE, IN KEEPING WITH THE TIMES, AND LOGICAL.
