Today was the kind of episode where I wonder why I even care that this serial stays on air.

Akbar touching his wife's feet. Unbelievable!

Remember this is Emperor Akbar with unlimited power at his disposal. A man of almost God like stature in those times, a minor King had to endure the whip because he made Akbar wait.

Then to top it all, Akbar himself gets whipped. Pathetic! Why do we waste so much time on this NR. Does it deserve it?

I feel sorry for India, out of a population of 1.3 billion people Ekta could not find a writer with an understanding of Mughal history and some creativity. Maybe even that is not necessary, you could come to a forum like this and steal ideas. The writers that Ekta has don't even have the common sense to do that.

Abhay, I don't think we need to waste time on this, it does no service to the memory of either Akbar or MUZ.

ya it deserves the praises ya it is a NR but all historical shows don't show complete history they are also fictionalised let's see what happens

Too many akdha scenes. They were their usual brilliant-self.
I loved the farishta and jalal talk. It was good. The kid too acts well.
And from that "koda" scene I remember in badal kajri track too he was about to get kodas but jodha saves him and he had said something like this"bahut kam insaan hote hain jo shenshah hokar aam insaan ke takleef sehte hain" !! And today he got "kodas",yes it was painful to watch.

Besides for ruq I have nothing to say..though at last she understood jodha's pain too! Yeah saved from "salim desperate for anarkali's deedar" scene for today. Big relief 😆
Precap was superb..its holi and JJ are about to expose Jagdev.

Yes there was no SA today, and full of Akdha scenes.. The lashing scene of Badal Kajri track was still symbolic, where he was shielding someone, but the reasoning given for this lashing on Akbar today was not so good. I would have appreciated if there was some understanding on part of writers, hence i asked to attack them, as they keep writing any NR. :-P

Acting wise it was fine. :))
