If you watch the show like a small kingdom king who has 4-5 villages to rule, you can put up with it. But if you start thinking that the show is about AKBAR, the great, there is no way anyone can watch this tamasha. It is filtered certified crap as Akbar ruled with an iron fist , seen only military successes , created an administrative function that is excellence personified + religious and social reforms. His nine gems flourished under him and not the other way. And there is no way he would have been dependent on any of his Queens for admin, health service or social sector etc.

BT has made it like a heroine mahanta story in 16th Centrury costumes - The name Akbar is just an incidental.
