Now the situation is this worse that Akbar claims to be a servant of his dear wife Jodha. Declaring himself a servant of awam..would have been so much better than hearing and seeing him stoop this low.
16th or even 21st century, which man does that? Even if he is deeply and madly in love with his lady that doesn't mean he becomes a servant. Why should he? (Either way it shouldn't be).
This scene was highly dissapointing.
"Ek shehenshah ki tarah nhi, to apke naukar bankar sahi..hum.yhi rhege apke.pas"
"Hmari malkin humse jo khegi hum waise hi karege"
Now, I just want to ask the writers what were they thinking exactly?
Have they forgotten completely this ia Akbar and Jodha they are dealing with?
Even Jodha happily obliges with his comment.
Only good thing in yestetday'a episode was the small scene b/e Ruqaiya and Jalal where he says
"Apke liye hmare man me izzat aur badh gyi. Hum in dino ko kabhi nhi bhulenge Ruqaiya"
Now only if Akbar said this to her on her face then perhaps EKTA'S Ruqaiya would have never been like this.
Nonetheless, seeing Akbar like thia is murdering his soul thousand times a second.
