No dear ! It's Jodhaa who has been just misinterpreting Surya's concern and care toward her as his fraternal love but he doesn't love or considerate Jodhaa as sister ! Ya, in few of circumstances, parents may appear adamant toward their children's wishes and ignore them but here even though the father didn't give an ear to Jodhaa's plea, let's just think from his POV: Surya is the ideal choice for her as they have been growing together since childhood and knows each other for longtime, moreover the guy is really fond and devoted toward his daughter since very time ! What can a father expect better as husband for his daughter ? Thank you 😛 I hope that I was clear with my explanation and you aren't confused anymore 😃
