First of all , TRP is NOT constantly falling, Ela...just the way Ruqu had NOT murdered HH...frantically repeating a wrong thing a hundred times does not make it right, u know...
Last week, trp rose by 1.5 units, n this week it dropped by 0.5 units...so, in the last 2 weeks, there is a net increase of 1 unit in trps...n that is the truth.....š

1) Imo, Jalal punished both Jo n Himself n their love for each other on those 3 years...(I m saying this for the millionth n the last time now)...Their decision of staying away from each other was mutual...
2)if cvs had shown a jo still upset with Jalal, then your stance could have been justified. To some extent...but here, she looks blissfully happy...so your theory falls flat right here...

I agree...Chittor massacre was terribly wrong ...but the fact is, even in real life, people do move on...even after doing terribly wrong things...i suggest that you do, too. Both JJ have moved on, but you haven't. ...its upto us...whether we wish to live in the happy present n look forward to the bright future or continue to dwell in the depressing past...I always like to choose the former...

I dont think the show is going to miss the committed audience at all, Ela...its hard hitting, but a bitter truth...how does EK care whether you specifically are watching it or no, as long as somebody else is...n trps show that enough new people are watching it too...
I agree about the negativity part...sometimes it gets to me too...but i know how to ignore the negativity n focus on the positivity...so here I m...making thread after thread...in praise of RT n his brilliant portrayal of Abba Huzoor in this most abysmal NR n horrendous SA story...

As of now, serial is very much revived, whether u like it or not...if casting n script of adult SA are not good, or if RT quits, I for one may quit as well...but as of now, till RT is there in the show, the BACKBONE of the show is all hale n hearty...in fact, it's never been more ERECT...coz, RT is the backbone of the show., imho..

Let me not start on this one please...
1)first of all, they may NOT be concubines' kids...they may be other begums' kids, as of now...
2)the major problems have started ONLY after the "other" kids entry...being a woman, it's good to empathise with another woman...in your case Jo...but being a woman, I CANNOT ignore the state of the hundreds of other women in Akbar's harem. ...when in reality too, it's completely false that he was a one woman man...in fact, this whole idea of "ignoring all other begums" is puke worthy to me...this is not against Jo...it is against womanhood... but then so is polygamy...
3)the fact that u can only see Jo's viewpoint shows your lens as lens.21...coz, in the 16th century, it could ONLY have been Jalal's viewpoint...that is the UGLY TRUTH...whether u n I in the 21st century like it or not...women didn't have a say much then, n let's not forget that those were the times of jauhar. ...it shows how bad things were for them then WITHOUT their husbands (not that I'm justifying jauhar...just stating facts)
4)the fact is, Jo is Jalal's favourite consort...NOT the ONLY consort...this is as true to reality as anything else...n she is MUZ...she is most envied in the harem by the other begums for obvious reasons...š
5)it is ONLY the 21st century lens which does not allow many like you to accept polygamy with an open mind...else, there wouldn't be a statement from you that "u r accepting Jalal's other kids too"...
I wish JJ to live happily ever after...even after the show stops...thats the way I like to think šš¼...
...n I have nothing further to say in defence of Jalal...but lots to say in praise of him...š³
