this is a accident by mistake
its a shahi bhagh which salim and other prince used to practice
at that time all his brothers and friends were in practice area
so salim cannot dream that some small boy climbed a shahi tree where no one is allowed to come ever other than prince and royals
so that was an accident
only error salim did was running away from scene and not telling anyone and lying in court
salim is a 6-7 year old kid and terrified of his father for some reason that is why he hide or lies in fear
Its Akbar fault for creating so much fear in a small child mind that he cannot share with his parents and family his any issue and fear as he is scared what his father may do?
If any small child lies or does not tell parents or anyone its parents error the way they have created fear psychosis in child mind not the childs
So some other punishment must be given keeping in mind circumstances
Anar will tell truth and Salim will be punished for sure to go to the old lady house and do seva of old lady and the injured boy till he recovers that is guarantee
This NR is done so salim falls in love with anar only not for showing great justice system of those times
