Well, today's episode was, aaam, who cares, the last 4 minutes were wonderful.
It's not the first time that, Jalaal's knowledge of rhythm, has been mentioned in the show. Rewind to last December, he had explained his love for music with the help of swords when Tansen (version 1) was about to come to Agra.
And today, the truth behind his statement was beautifully demonstrated.
I just have one thing to say, Rajat Tokas, I bow down to you. I went through the scene 4 times, twice visually, twice, just heard the sound without the visual distraction 😉 and the swords were beautifully in sync with the ghungroos. 👏
The only distraction was Salim who was made to swallow every 10 seconds. 😆
I would love to have a jugalbandhi with a sword-fighter. If wishes were horses...
By the way, quite a few got new clothes, Jalaal got a new jaama, and wore his old lovely red one, Jodha got a new dupatta, and Ruqaiyya got an entire dress. 😆
And why was Anarkali doing mele me karnewala stunt, plate-dance? 😆 Nautanki hai puri.
