Yes Ruku will be exposed after the big leap when Sallu is adult,

She will be exposed because she forgot that Akbar had sugar and she put two tablespoons of sugar in this milk .

And then Jalal will then hug her and say don't worry ,you don't have to take care of these small things as you are BEK for that I have Jo.

And Salim still a year old and now Murad too ,so looking after Jo's condition ,Jallu will give Sallu to BEK .And next week it's Daniyel then and as again Murad too is small ,so he goes to Salima and Daniyel goes to Mainawati.Now Jajo can focus on other 7 kids.
