Totally wrong reasons of
1. Twins death and consequent Jallad form, and
2. Giving shelter to the enemy ,

^^^Is being shown as a pretext by CV's for attack on Chittor, which is WRONG...
Ekta can not show real reasons for chittor ..!!!

here i got the point ruqiya could have done ritual for jala as well after all she is his wife too but why did he stopped her?

Because he loves her and doesn't want anyone else to do the ritual that she has been doing for him always. He can't let anyone else take her place.
He is in too much guilt and anger at the moment and is taking it all out on Jodha. war is also his way to divert his mind. He will soon realize that it's all useless and is not going to give him any peace. how he comes back then remains to be seen. You can't expect him to be all mushy at this time. He's human too afterall.
