Ok! I posted this in Tamy's - reposting it here...
Neetz I don't think they've totally distorted history here... I read somewhere that after the twins death was the Chittor massacre... and if we add two and two together - maybe the death of the twins did make him tip over! 🤔

Haven't we seen how soldiers today behave when they're back from Afghanistan? From Iraq? From Kashmir?

This despite the fact that they are not fighting their own loved ones - their own families! They are fighting supposed 'enemies' Yet, the atrocities of death that they see on a daily basis leaves them scarred. Scarred for life - PTSD this is called!

Many such soldiers take months if not years to become the 'old' family men they used to be and to get merged back with their wives like one. For whatever reasons, they shut themselves out, blame themselves, blame others, blame life, hate everything, have nightmares - the list is endless.
Man is not hard-wired to be murderer at morning and be a happy caring family man at night. There are very few who can carry such a role forever without breaking down!
Today, Jalal reached his breaking point!

Here, Jalal is facing treachery after treachery from his own.

Just when he thought he was done with his cousin sister's treachery
he faced step mother MC
That hasn't been resolved yet and he fought adopted brother Adham
That came after the assassination of Atgah his guardian-father
Following that his beloved Badi Ammijaan died - but not without cursing his sons first
Plus, Ruqaiyya has always been so undependable!
Now treachery took away his sons too.

While Jodha has had the unimaginable tragedy of dealing with the last one - Jalal has the combined tragedy of dealing with TOO much one after another.

I think this is why Jodha has understood him now - she's understood how it feels to be cheated by one's own family. And how much it must pain. (I sincerely hope Jodha never forgives Ruqaiyya after this - and nor does Jalal!)

If Jodha takes time off to grieve, her life stops functioning. Mothi Bai's life stops. Some of the harem-life stops.
If Jalal takes time and shuts himself, the Sultanat stops functioning.

Also, I don't see how Jalal could have done the Chittor atrocities at morning and managed to meet eyes with Jodha at night - she reminds him of everything beautiful in life. Everything calm. Everything sweet.
Now, Jalal doesn't want to see the beauty in life. He is not calm. He can't be sweet. There has to be a brief separation. Like Shiva taking on another Roop whenever he had to face/defeat the demons! A roop that even Shakthi couldn't tolerate.

His 'blaming' Jodha or whatever everyone seems to think was a reckless outburst. Which I am sure he is the LAST ONE TO BELIEVE. If he can't be of support to her now, it's better he's away from her so he doesn't hurt her with words he does not mean.
She will/has understood him because she has seen him suffer so much for months and months on end - one after another! Thankfully, in Jodha's own household the worst treachery that she has faced is restricted upto Sujamal's case and even that they've shown resolved amicably so far (for whatever reason) I guess that's why she's able to face such adversity better. She hasn't been so scarred by loved ones! She's had a better bringing-up and a better foundation in life - so, her belief in 'the beauty' of life is still intact. His has totally been shattered for now

Repeated treachery from people you consider your own does that to people!

Shraddha ,
In the Precap they showed that he was looking at Jo while going out.
I feel the next thing ,he might do is ,kiss that part of sword where her blood was .

I agree Lashy. That it was a reckless outburst and neither he himself nor Jodha believes it. I just finished writing my daily take on Radhika's thread on almost the same lines. Jalal had actually turned ruthless after the twins' death but there was no change in his personal relations with Jodha. That's what miffed me here nothing else. Besides there is the 3 year leap confusion as three years is a long time to wallow in guilt. Chittor massacre came a few years after the twins demise. That's what I meant by CVs distorting history not this ruthless side of his.He is bound to be hurt and shattered beyond imaginable points. His dreams have been recklessly broken. I hope you get what I am trying to say here.
Btw, beautiful post.👏
Specially loved your lines in bold and your reference to Shakti and Shiva.
Am I supposed to think that you're officially back with your daily analysis?😃
