Sammy you're right maybe. I am not able to make any sense of this now. CVs know better what they are trying to show re. Ruk is pure torture. her screeching is harmful for the ears.

You know till the end of the epi I was waiting and hoping for some indication for her bhandaphod but nothing happened. I was shocked when Zeenat died.Similarly for Qasim. I was waiting for Jalal to come and take over the fight. and if they wanted to kill Qasim then and there without following history once again, I feel they should have had Jalal do it. it was only fair na. they should not have had him coming later and mutilating the dead body. it was horrible to watch.

You may find my views too positive on this depressing day but here it is-

Firstly, I believe there was a logic to showing Ruqaiya's bad behavior in the track. Buy why, when Ruqaiya was to be a victim at the end? I think the reason is, they want us to hate Ruqaiya. They could have shown some redeeming qualities that Ruqs has, but they did not.

They did not do bhandaphor of Ruq in this track for two reasons. Firstly, they want to give it a separate track treatment. They did not want to waste it now on a track which already had more than enough drama. It would have been a waste now.

Secondly, every program needs a viable villain. After the death of Maham and the missing in action, Mahachuchak, Jodha Akbar desperately needs a strong hated villain. For the time being Ruqu will fill that role till a new villain gets anointed.

I see a silver lining in all this, this reluctance to close Ruqaiya's book seems to indicate the CV's are not in too much of a hurry to speed things up, that lessens the chance of a leap. When all the villains start getting axed, left and right, that is when we should start worrying.

Donjas Thanks for bringing on positivity. I completely agree with you here.Thats what the cvs are trying to do. They cannot completely take ruq off the picture thats y after fake preg track, during mirchi war they tried showing her as redeemed .But due to Mahacs failure and as maham has to leave ,they once again brought back ruq.
But the pbm with ruq being a villain is
1.Unlike other villains of ja who somehow be instrumental in taking ja love forward ,ruq is always a deterrent to it.See Every single precious moment of ja which could have been exclusively theirs is spoiled by ruq.Ultimately villains or not we watch the journey to see only their love
2.We can't completely ignore ruq too as most of her scenes are embedded with leads so to ff her scenes we have to loose those too and in the end nothing will remain .Like in todays episode ,only at the end it was jalal's scene even in that too we were shown ruq equally crying and devasted like jo .This really get on to our nerves.
3.Most importantly her continuous insult to jo ,in mahams case atleast we can understand those were the initial days when their love has not been declared yet and so tolerate it,but now after all this when we see jalal made quite and bear with her insults is really upsetting as it creates a question on why he has to be so?

Thats y i expected that even though she won't be taken completely off the picture if they had shown she has done something wrong ,a confrontation of jalal with ruq could have been created and he might even try to punish her .she always has a wish in her hand she can use it and then jo and jalal would have have been able to keep her emotionally off so that the third angle could have been cut off .She doesn't need to be redeemed.She could have continued as a villain yet .Maham even after jalal cutting her off she continue to do all,they could have proceeded in the same lines. By this we could also have got satisfaction and they could also have maintained her as a villain till someone new comes
As far as today i didn't see any chance of it ,but if they are going to proceed on the same lines i don't know how they will keep up with trps .Yes not leap is a good thing ,but those days should be more productive like showing more of jo ja and less of ruq else i don't see a silver line in it too..
