Have you ever met parents who have adopted children Chitra, esp mothers. They NEVER let the real mother come anywhere near the child. It is natural though not morally right.

If Ruks is doing all this for want of a child and a title through the child, I don't mind her at all. But if she has planned anything more sinister like killing Hassan, then she deserves a downfall.

If Salima blushes at Jalal then she too deserves censure.

Jodha can bring a Shenhaaz and risk Rahim's life. But if Ruks brings a Zeenat and risks the twins' life then she has to be punished.

If Ruks plans to harm or gamble with the twins to achieve her ends, I will hate her myself. But so far though I highly disapprove of her attitude and high-handedness, I don't find her repulsive.
