Secondly I also want to see Jodha self talks and her shown sad. However the dialogues between Jalal and Jodha today gave Jalal the idea about asking Ruk to sign the farman.
Jalal is thinking what is Ruk's game why she is not happy. Jalal today also told Ruk that the first child baby with Jodha will be the waris for the takht.
Jalal was upset about the addition Ruk asked to put. Jodha is giving the baby so completely with love that she felt since we are giving her the baby why not make it fully hers? Jalal asked why Ruk needed that? Jodha said she was feeling insecure. Then Jalal asked Jodha why she is not feeling bad - just for a fleeting moment Jodha had hint of sadness but she did not let it show. Jodha said he is right since all his children will call Ruk Badi Ammi why did she even ask for this baby? She would have beeb Badi Ammi anyway. So Jodha meant to tell Jalal that just by calling Badi Ammi does not become the child Ruk's so she wanted to make it hers. This she told Jalal and he said I know what you are telling me.
It was atrocious that Jalal agreed to Ruk that the child will only be hers. Just as Jodha's child will be his and Jodha's the 2nd baby should have been his and Ruk's. Jalal should have insisted on it being so.
I have one technical question here - Abhay might know or someone else.
What if Jalal is so upset with Ruk for some reason and says he will divorce her and he had done this. Then also would Ruk can lay claim to becoming MUZ?
The child will always remain Jalal and Jodha's by blood - even if legally Ruk's. So no matter what Ruk says - Jalal as Shehenshah can find any loophole.
Jalal got Ruk to sign farman about taking proper care of the baby - whether Ruk does this is something JALAL will judge. So if tomorrow he sees Ruk guzzling hukka Jalal can say she is not caring about child's safety.
For a Teda Shehenshah who rules how hard it will be to even engineer something to show Ruk is not a good mother.
Jalal has basically taken control back of the legal right to his baby - to him and Jodha.

You have asked the question also and answered it as well. As per my reading on Mughal Titles, MUZ in simple sense means the Lady who gives a heir and is important because her son will become the Emperor...This is what we have watched in the Show also,,,
But this is not correct...No matter you give heir or not, you will get importance ONLY if the Emperor genuinely loves so...REAL Jodha was on same lines..😉..

Coming to show, Ruqs thinks that by gaining a son of Jodha whom she will MAKE Emperor, she can get that IMPORTANCE...This has nothing to do with Divorce, and Maddy Jalal will NOT divorce Ruqs in any case...It is a very big issue..😊...
In a nutshell, Ruqs wants a SON who can become an Emperor, so that she can have her POWER INTACT.!!!.. In more specific terms, she could NOT become MUZ but she wants the IMPORTANCE which comes with this title of MUZ.. Though, in reality you do not need the title but the support of Emperor., which RUQS is going to LOSE, as the want of POWER has made her Blind..!!!!!!
